Clyde stretched his back, shaking off his sleepiness with a yawn. He had taken a quick cat nap before reporting to one of the headquarters' training facilities. After their last mission, he had offered to celebrate with Bonnie. She turned him down on his idea for a real celebration, like going out for dinner, and instead they opted for some training. He needed to get his new Absol- Cerberus -to get used to his new master in order to be ready for their next mission. Pandora, his recently evolved Charizard, was in need of some training too. Now that she was a Charizard, he couldn't wait to battle with her, and already had her out of her pokeball. Clyde would love to train her to fly around with him on her back, but with her timid nature it would take plenty of training. Pandora was eagerly flying around the large room, so much for a timid nature, maybe she would finally be fear-some...

"Celebration," Clyde had said. "Let's celebrate!"
Bonnie couldn't help but let out a frown of disapproval when she first heard her new partner say that. Right after they had finished the mission was honestly not the time. They had other things to worry about and do - more important things. Like training their newly caught -- or stolen, rather -- pokemon, and teaching them the ropes. Even at the thought of throwing some sort of mini-celebration, Bonnie rolled her eyes. Successfully stealing pokemon wasn't something to party over. Regardless of all that, though, the girl found herself keeping silent as she walked into the training hall.
Cyclone was, as always, at her side. Once the trainer and pokemon entered the hall, the Pidgeot gave Pandora a content nod of his head. So she had become a Charizard now? That was good! Perhaps now she would be able to live up to her full potential, just as her master wanted her to. "Piiidge," he trilled in greeting, making his hello to her short and to the point like how his trainer often greeted others. The pokemon seemed to learn by example, or so it seemed. Cyclone became quiet after that, except for the casual flutter of his wings. By the looks of things, he was eager to get this training session under way.

"'ZAAARD!" Pandora accidentally roared in greeting as she landed next to Clyde. She still wasn't quite in control of her voice after evolving, and quickly shut her mouth, sharp fangs poking out of her maw. Clyde laughed and patted his pokemon's side, "That's the spirit Pandora. Heya, Bonnie!" he greeted his partner and her pokemon. It wasn't quite successfully stealing the pokemon that he wanted to celebrate, it was a a mission well done regardless of whether their methods were...frowned upon by most of society. There were always two sides to a coin, what did it matter which side he was on? Either way, he was eager to train. Pandora fluttered (very, very ungracefully. She practically created a mini-earthquake when she landed) "You ready to get started? Ladies first~" He grinned at her as he teased.

"Ladies first," she repeated with a smirk. Bonnie then paused, blue eyes scanning over Cyclone and then glancing to Pandora. Well, this wouldn't be an interesting fight. It wouldn't be an interesting fight at all. "Sorry, Cyclone," the Pidgeot's trainer said in an apologetic tone. A gloved hand then reached down to pluck one of the other four pokeballs on her belt. These were saved for the other pokemon in her party, considering that her Pidgeot wasn't one to stay in his pokeball.
The ball flew into the air after the grunt gave a quick flick of her wrist. From it, Riptide appeared - Bonnie's Blastoise. "Blaaaast" the shellfish pokemon exclaimed after popping out of his ball. He then blinked over at Pandora and gave her a goofy grin and a wave. As much as Bonnie wanted him to be one of her more hardcore, serious pokemon, he was a bit of a goof. A goof that had eyes for a certain Charizard over on Clyde's team. "Focus, Rip," was all his trainer replied with a stern voice, "And hydro pump, while you're at it."

'Aw man.' Clyde immediately thought when Riptide appeared. Bonnie had a very obvious advantage now, his Charizard was never good against water-types. He didn't expect any less of a good challenge from Bonnie of course. Pandora however blushed shyly when the Blastoise appeared and waved back.
"Get up in the air and dodge it!" Clyde commanded. Pandora beat her new wings in an attempt to take off, but she was too slow and was drenched with a decent portion of the Hydro-Pump before she made it into the air. "Earthquake!" Her trainer shouted. Pandora stopped flapping her wings at the command and braced herself as she plummeted at the field, aiming as close as she could to Riptide.

Riptide fell to the ground when the shock from the Earthquake hit him. An annoyed grunt escaped his lips as he picked himself up. How cruel! This wasn't how his friend was supposed to be treating him. Dusting off, he then glanced back at Bonnie, waiting to hear what she wanted him to do next. Though, why she wanted him to fight his friend was beyond him. She was such a strict trainer sometimes.
"Aqua tail -- hit her as she nears you," was the Rocket's command. After she gave the Blastoise her instructions, she calmly crossed her arms over her chest. This battle, even if it was just training, didn't seem to faze her. If anything, she was calm, cool and collected as she watched and planned her next series of attacks. One had to be if they wanted to do anything decent. If she panicked and got all flustered, then everything would go to hell. That's why she kept a level-head.
When she gave him his next attack, Riptide nodded. As Pandora got close to him, the water pokemon then took that moment to swing his tail about in her direction. The pokemon's tail moved viciously, as if it were some sort of wave in a torrential storm. Pandora better move quick, the blue turtle couldn't help but notice. If she didn't, then he'd end up hitting her, and that was the last thing he wanted to do.

After Pandora realized that her attack hit, she became flustered and stuttered a 'sorry' to her friend. She was so nervous about battling in her new form that she forgot the damage she could do, and that she didn't really want to hurt Riptide. Then again, she didn't want Clyde to hate her either. The Charizard tried to move backwards, realizing that her friend could attack her any moment as well, but ended up tripping on the rocky terrain her Earthquake had created.
"Pandora, you idiot! Get up quickly-" His pokemon was swiftly drenched with the Aqua tail, and his gloved palm met his face. "Trip him with Iron Tail and then get back in the air!" He commanded. The Charizard whipped her flamed-tail, now shining silver, at Riptide's feet in an effort to trip him. He had gotten her wet! How could he?

One second he was hitting Pandora with his Aqua Tail attack, and the next he was toppling to the floor. Clyde had wanted his Charizard's Iron Tail to trip him up, and it certainly did the job. Riptide fell, indeed, and in the process ended up rolling (albeit, accidentally) on to his shell. What a predicament this had turned into! Rolling about on his back, the Blastoise struggled to get up, but to no avail. It just wasn't going to work. Embarrassed, he let out a quiet "...Tooise.." of a mumble, only to retreat into the safety of his protective shell.
Shocked at what just happened to her pokemon, Bonnie stared at the scene before her with wide eyes. He didn't just....just retreat into his shell, did he?! Her eyes then narrowed coldly into tiny slits, her hands flying out in frustration. "Riptide! What the hell do you-...I can't believe you...Uggh!" His trainer waisted no time in whipping out his pokeball after that. "Return," she demanded. A red beam of light shot at the pokemon, thus returning him to his ball.
Upset at her pokemon's weakness, she then shot a glance over at her best friend and partner. "You win," she said, giving him a satisfied nod of her head. Even though she didn't like to admit when her pokemon showed weakness, Riptide was probably not up to fighting anymore, and she didn't want to put him through that. Because of this, Clyde and Pandora won fair and square, and that was all there was to it.

Pandora make a sad growling noise when she saw how she hurt her friend. "Charr..." She said meekly and when the red beam of light took him away she sat on the field and twisted her tail in her claws. Even though they had won, she felt terrible. "Zaaarrd." She wailed as her eyes watered. She was terribly tired, and it was her fault Riptide's master yelled at him.
Clyde would have none of Pandora's crying business, especially since they managed to win. Another hit and Pandora would have gone down for sure. "Stop crying, we won!" Clyde carefully made his way over the rocky field and patted his Charizard's side with a smile. "Return, Pandora. Nice battle, Bonnie." He returned her nod with one of his own. "Up for a second round?" He asked, putting away Pandora's pokeball as he reached for Cerberus'. This would be the first time since he captured the Absol to let him out of his pokeball, he was a ferocious thing.

[ OOC Note: Just to be clear - Banshee is still a Misdreavus at this point since this RP takes place shortly after she and Cerberus were recently caught. Bonnie doesn't evolve her into a Mismagius for a little bit. ]
"You know I am," Bonnie replied with a smirk. Her gloved handed gingerly brushed over one of the last few pokeballs clipped to her belt, and then grasped the last one. It would be an interesting battle with this pokemon. She just caught - or stole, rather - the little gal recently (the day the two of them also managed to snag Cerberus, to be exact). The ball was tossed into the air a second later, the red beam of light producing a small specter of a pokemon.
It was Banshee, Bonnie's newly acquired Misdreavus. She would be the one battling Clyde's shiny Absol.

"Let's go, Cerberus! Say hello to your new master!" Clyde enthusiastically tossed the pokeball in the air, releasing his recently stolen shiny Absol. A flash of red, and a mass of bristling white fur appeared. Cerberus took in his surroundings for a moment, and then lashed out at Clyde. "Where is my trainer?!" He barked, even though he knew neither human would be able to understand him.
The Absol charged at the alizarin-haired Rocket, barking and growling as he pinned Clyde to the floor. The grunt was stunned, he had no idea his pokemon would be this shocked. "Hey! Get off-" Clyde attempted to toss the pokemon off him, but he was determined not to budge. "I am your master! You will obey!" Clyde yelled, still struggling to get the white dog off him.
Cerberus roared again, "WHERE IS MY TRAINER? You are not him! What did you do to him?!" The Absol reared its head back and with a mighty swing, slashed the red scythe-like horn on his head diagonally across Clyde's chest. The 'R' on his shirt was distorted with splatters of red.

Banshee couldn't help but giggle when Cerberus came out angry. Completely disregarding her own trainer, the ghost pokemon floated on over to the Absol and nuzzled up against him (or at least, as much as a ghost pokemon could). "Silly Cerberus," she said, hovering a few steps back from him. "These humans haven't really picked up on the fact that we aren't their pokemon." The Misdreavus then paused, glancing back at her trainer. What would her reaction be to this whole scenario.
Bonnie's eyes widened as big as they could go at the sight of the disaster pokemon on her best friend. "Oh my go-...Clyde!" The grunt didn't waste any time. As quickly as she could, she ran over and attempted to push the Absol off of her partner. "GET OFF OF HIM!" she yelled, not even bothering to hide her feelings. When anyone messed with Clyde, things got personal. She was not going to let this one slide so easily.

Cerberus continued to bark in Clyde's face, ignoring the Misdreavus. What had these humans done to his trainer? The shiny Absol had been the boy's first pokemon, and Cerberus was extremely protective of his trainer. If these other humans had done something to his trainer he would make sure they paid - and he was sure they had done something.
Clyde's strength was fading fast as his wound spilled more blood. He had to get Cerberus off him before he did any more damage. The grunt pushed on the disaster pokemon's chest, the same time Bonnie pushed him from the side. Cerberus was taken by surprise, he hadn't counted on the female coming to help. The extra push toppled the Absol to the side, who rolled and immediately sprang back to his paws. But before he could attack again, Clyde was able to slip his thumb over the button on Cerberus' pokeball and push down. The device snapped open, the red light flashing out to return Cerberus. "Bonnie..." Clyde mumbled.
