As soon as he felt a slight numbing buzz on his paws, Aiden knew it was time to stop testing the waters and throw in something a little more offensive. Just as Will's body began to spark with painful electricity, the Umbreon leaped upward and forward, rolling on the ground upon impact and sliding his paws around to face the Luxray. "Defensive countering, I take it you do that a lot, huh?" Aiden said with a slightly cheerful grin. If anyone was looking onto the battle like William was, they'd probably guess that Aiden wasn't taking the fight seriously. "However, I doubt you could look me in the eye and really hit me with any of those laaaame Electric attacks~" After saying this, Aiden's pupils began to glow as he looked right into WIll's own impressive green eyes. If Will made eye contact with Aiden, he would find his motor skills beginning to defy him. It was Aiden's Confuse Ray.
Little William could only watch in awe. All he could really do was Headbutt things at the moment. Yet here he was, watching two Pokemon with extraordinary abilities duke it out. Some day...
