Sooo, I've been messing around with posing and placing multiple objects together and this is what I got: Any advice on poses and putting multiple things in a picture without looking too cluttered? Critique?

The male character is leaning too far back and his spine isn't aligned with his hips properly. The wolf(?) look like it's on an angle too.

thank you ^_^ I know the wolf is at an odd angle, it looks like it's going to fall XD i was experimenting with something but it wasn't my main focus at the time. As for the charac. you're right, he is leaning too far back, i tried to do the pose myself. It's possible, but it hurt too...

This is really cute and awesome. Although like the person above said, the angles are a bit off. But thats all I really see. so just some tweaking and this can look wonderful.

He is listing a bit much, yes, but it is still better than my works. Interesting pose. I'm not sure what the drawings on his sketch pad have to do with everything, but it is intriguing.

I stand on weird angles like that sorta often (stupid anime making it look cool); I don't think the stance is too odd. However, the leg to our right would look better if it were moved more to the right, I think... Actually, maybe if both legs were moved over. In any case, I think the leg to the right should be in line with where we see the longsleeve shirt end. Whoa, just blew my mind... I thought the inside of the wolf's ear was the longsleeve. If this character is male, then the hips are apparently too wide, I think. The wolf's angle can sorta be excused since it's coming out of the sketchbook, but it would probably look better if it was straightened out a bit.
Anyhow! I don't think the picture looks too cluttered. A general tip is to just give the main focus a thicker outline and use thinner lines on background stuff.

Thanks Zan! XD it's actually a girl if nobody minds... i just like going along with stuff and getting idears, sorry sweatdrop
I know! Anime does make it look cool! The pose is do-able here, but the right leg needs to be back more (i've tried after bb angel mentioned it)
Yup, the wolf's ear is its ear, nothing about it, it blows my mind everytime i look at it too... evil ear...
