We might soon have an official G.L.I.T.C.H. Lottery. But that is besides the point. The only reason I got this as the subforum is so you can give away or compete for something. Please make many contests & lotteries. If some one creates one and doesn't give the prize to the winner pm me and (s)he will be ban or given another chance to give the item away. You are aloud to make contests where it costs money to enter. There can be no sort of power pick where one ticket gets a better chance than the other. Other than these you can make almost any rules you want.
