It's not bad, but let me give you some tips that might make your lineart smoother.

First off, I admire that you're using a mouse. It's hard to use, and it takes some amount of skill to master. But because mouse tends to be more unrefined than tablet, your lines will come off as shaky. It's a good thing that you're working larger and then shrinking it, but it might help to draw on an even bigger canvas. If you worked on say an 800-1000 pixel wide canvas, try going for a 2000-pixel canvas, if your computer can handle it. Bigger is better.

When you initially draw, start off with a big sketch first, zooming out the canvas so the canvas can sit nicely in its full size in your monitor. After you draw a sketch, zoom in to 100%-200% to start the lineart. Go slowly, and try using a thinner brush. It's harder to distinguish mistakes in the end if you have a thinner brush.

Try tapering the ends of your lines as well. Tapering means making it very thin at the end of each line. So each line goes thin-> thick/thick ->thin/thin->thick->thin. It gives each line a sense of dynamicism, and it also makes the lineart just nicer to look at.

For the coloring, how about some shading? The shading you have now is really, really light to non-existent. Try to avoid using pure white with a soft brush to add highlights in the hair, it gives the hair a very plastic look.

Hope it all helps.

This is very helpful. Thank you very much.
Actually, I'm a beginner in drawing and coloring digitally.
(only a few months since I started.)
I usually draw with my hands on paper, but I wanted to take a new turn on my skills.

Your advice is extremely helpful.

Kupo has some great advice, so I'm just going to provide a helpful resource that I cam across. It is a tutorial on doing lineart in opencanvas (it's free if you'd like to try it) and discusses doing lineart with a mouse, so that might be helpful to you as well. 3nodding

Tutorial Exerpt
Inking with Mouse:
  • Zoom in as big as you can and ink using slow strokes using water colour or pen tool.

I hope that helps a little. ^_^
