There are a lot of people playing in my contest's
But not that many. could definately use help
getting people in.
There are 250+ members to this guild
Where are they all? and who wouldn't want
free stuff? any ideas?

Well you have your ad space now, advertised it on the welcome page, people that our new our bound to see it there, along with everyone's elses so the new members have plenty to do when they come biggrin

Many of that surplus of members are newly joined. I've only seen them post scarcely in the booty grab and not anywhere else.
That's my problem with it. They don't give a damn. All you have are ghost members. stare

I dunno what is the matter with people. I suppose we do have a lot of hardcore booty grabbers in here though and most of those can't seem to do anything but booty grab and post non-sensible things between grabs. lol.

I asked the talented artist's who made the banners
if they could shrink them to siggy size.
Mabye some warnings will get the ghost's to appear.
In my other guild we send out announcements and
pm's to low posters.

Well, we have a LOT of members so that might be hard for just me to do it, I would need daily help for doing something like that And This week I'll try to start inviting roleplayers instead of just booty grabbers, and we will see what happens, cross your fingers I can devote an hour or two each day to help you, captain. This Christmas event is an opportunity for guild members to post. I can do an announcement draft that for members who have 0 posts, we'll be cleaning out our roster by Jan 1? Its early enough... 3 weeks. And we can send out weekly warnings and promote the events at the same time. I can take one member page each day and send out pm's (sorted by posts, starting from last page). Its only 5-6 pages that have 0 posts. Just advise what you'd like me to say.

Its in one of her posts in the dolphin thread (page 20)! xD I had to hunt for it. lol So I changed to the smaller version... There's another banner with just the words on it and no tree. May I suggest you also make some sort of thread where people can recommend people to invite to the guild? surprised I have friends with great tanks that may be interested in the contests, as well.

I wanted to know if you'd like me to send them a message too. I sent a message to Robin of Hood, which I hope is your avi, captain xD. You can see the example of the pm I sent out.
