The recordings of a very bored Rin'Egan Nadeshiko in her small, white journal/diary (she really doesn't care what you refer to it as). There is a lack of numerical dates in these writings because Nadeshiko isn't very good at keeping track of them. She hardly knows when her own birthday is until someone starts pinching her and pushing a cake in her face. The journal though does at least keep track of her records of missions, things that have happened in the past, people, and opinions though.
Year 105: Nadeshiko's pet snow leopard managed to somehow steal her journal, and promptly tore it apart. She is starting a new one.

People
Nadeshiko's interpretations of the people she has met. She isn't very quick to judge, and so her descriptions can be highly inconsistent. Sometimes she may assign her own personal titles to them.
Mouchou Aranami: I like him well enough, but exactly how many words have we exchanged? Will reassess opinion of later.
Tenmoki Akiko: I'm so glad there's someone even smaller than me around ( : D ). Not to sound mean or anything, but it's simply such a delightful novelty for me. I'm quite taken with her. She seems like a nice person. Not very open, but that matters little to me.
Tenmoki Yuki: I respect Yuki-sama; she seems to be the motherly type, but she's nothing like my terrifying mother. I am sad I could not get to work with her more.
Rin'Egan Rokugi: He's supposed to be one of my many distant and widespread relatives, but I can't say all that much about him. Especially now that he's unconscious.....
Misaki: More than meets the eye. Irritating.
Kane: -will write down more information later
Girl on the beach (Hana?): -Unable to form opinion on, since she herself seems to be a little lost. But I hope she pulls through.
Snake man: -why does he look like a snake? Must speak to later.
Kage-sama (Hyuuga Himoto): -She is a leader, but it looks like she doesn't have all that much confidence in her abilities. I would like to help her if I could, but I doubt there's anything I can do.
Hyuuga Kanami: -I don't know why so many people have such negative feelings about her. I think she's nice.
Uchiha Sukotto: -Too serious.

After the Black Spring..........
It is saddening to see the destruction that Shimagkure has suffered, sadder still to know that this may have happened elsewhere to someone or someplace important that I cannot see. Everything reeks of the events of this past spring; you can smell it, taste it, hear it, feel it through the air, the water, the animals, the plants. The people, if they are not incarcerated by disease or injury, are mostly surrounded by a cloud of grief. I should not condemn them for losing themselves in their depression, but I cannot help but think they are weak. It is people like that who hope for certainty, in which case, I wonder, why any of them are living on an island with a village full of ninja. I feel the pain they do, more or less, and I doubt there is anyone who can understand why that is, but I am probably having equally as much trouble trying to understand what it is these people are going through.
And just as importantly, is the issue of the three mystery shinobi, and the identity of the new Kage. Those three were strong, that I cannot deny. I am actually quite envious of their skills; I find myself wanting to surpass them. However, I cannot forgive them for what they have done; especially in terms of the housing district, which they completely destroyed, right after I put all that hard slog into it.
