[[AIM LOG: Seaki (Nafsiumiza), Polette (Azizi)]]
Seaki The day had long since started, and the sun was pasted the point of being directly over head, but that didn't stop one Nafsiumiza from wandering about in the sun. Her light pelt naturally repealed most of the heat, but since scars littered much of her body, they ached from the heat.
She found it quite pleasant, and hummed as she walked across the worn dust path she had usually walked. She walked further then usual today, continuing on. Her small hare was left at home in the care of her children - they didn't have strong enough teeth to hurt him badly yet.
A yawn escaped the lioness, making an ubrupt pause in her tune. The sun had always made her tired. Nevertheless, she continued walking.

Polette Azizi trotted along, in a fairly pleasant mood, especially after the little spout with that female this morning. Arguements always made him smile, and a song from his childhood played softly through his head.
He wasn't really expecting to see another creature today; he wasn't really wanting it, either. He found that his patience for others was extremely short, only being able to withstand those that his dearly beloved asked him to. Why he did, he had no idea. It was just......love?

Seaki The lioness kept on, only pausing to watch the darkest Cheetah she had ever seen - darker then the earthen color of her mate's pelt and darker still than young Tiegan's. She thought for a moment, venturing closer.
She hadn't known cheetah's could get that dark, but she supposed it made sense, as lions and hares could. Still, she wanted to possibly... Weasel some information out of him. Were both of his parents darkly colored?
She was curious to say the least. "Excuse me?" She called out, lightly - as politely as she could.

Polette Flicking his ears around, Azizi barely cared to notice the lioness that called out to him. It could lead to a very bad situation, given his previous disposition. But he'd humour her, for now.
"Yes? What is it that you want?" He didn't use the same formalities that he did with others; as he gazed upon her, her pelt denoted a slave in his homelands. Old habits die hard, now don't they?

Nafsi gave a small frown, unknowing of how to respond to the question. She didn't view it as an informality, at that either. She stepped closer to him, noticing the curious mask and the double-colored eyes.
"May I ask were you come from?" She wasn't afraid of him, after all. No cheetah had ever harmed her emotionally - only the cruel lions she had disassociated herself with.

He turned, watching her approach. There was nothing daunting about her, and in fact, he started to think of her like a slave right off the bat. "Where I come from?" His accent soaked his voice, and he almost looked surprised. He'd been asked that question so many times, but he was never able to give a straight answer. He almost felt like it was betraying his coveted homeland. "I am just....not from here."

"Not from here..." She repeated. It was obvious he wasn't. "I haven't seen you around here before. You simple look... Curiously," The glint in her eyes showed that. She had never seen his type of markings before, especially not in the face.
"Hmm," she mumbled, circling him slightly to get a better look at him. She at least knew how to call a cheetah now - Mauja was not a name of a species, only her mate after all.
"You're a cheetah, right?" She questioned though, just to be sure.
