So what is it?
Mine is (prepare for sob story) that one day my dad and I had a fight. I'm strange in that I almost never fought with my parents but that day was an exception. Things were said, I was in the wrong. Later that day he died in a motorcycle crash. So my greatest regret not being able to I'm sorry and goodbye. wahmbulance right?

aw...I'm sorry about that cry . I don't really have any regrets yet(i'm glad for that)so there's not much for me to post sweatdrop .

....wow... that really sucks. :'( Mine isn't as heart breaking as yours is... but...
I think one of my biggest regrets was calling my dad a p***k to his face, he gets called that a lot at work by the shits he watches after, and I really hurt him by calling him that.
Another was hooking up with my ex when I knew it wasn't going to end right (there are a few choice words I would gladly add to his ex title, but I rather not get into the s**t he did).
