oooh very cool - crisp and yet deatiled. it gets a good vibe across.
the only criticism (if you want one) is maybe it woudl look better without the eyebrows. it seems to throw the design off a little to me in its crispness and design. i'm sure by exaggerating the eye socket-sizes you could get the same effect.

Well, I fixed the first one, and added the other version I ended up doing, since I needed more than one.

hmm i defiantly prefer the first version - it's far more visually striking and professional looking

Well, tomorrow it gets critiqued by the class, so we'll see what they say. I personally like the first one better too.
This is also the first time I've ever worked with Illustrator. I'm starting to get the hang of it now though.
