So since I have the National pokedex I been trying to catch my favorites. Thanks for some of the swarms, Battle Towers, and GTS. I've been able to get some of the classic ones got a Ratatata the other day and two Pidgey. Ditto though yeah he's a toughie. I been going at it for three days and two night now and Ditto has be MIA. I must have search each patch of grass in route 218 no dice though.
Any advice?
Also what's the best way to train Pokemon that are in the Level 10-29 level?
I usually take my higher up Pokemon to Iron Island, Victory Path, or use Vs seeker. It's kind of a pain to have to keep switching out or fighting all the weaker common Pokemon on routes 201-209'ish. The restaurant at Valor Lakefront is pretty good for the 20-30 Level Pokemon but after that there's really no where else for them to go.
Yeah those are a few problems I have now that I beaten all the gym leaders. *sigh* I wish there were a way to re-play Gym Leaders.

Miss, try using the Poke-Radar on Route 218! Ditto should pop up then! If you don't have the Poke-Radar, you can get it from Lucas/Dawn in Sandgem Town.
As for training lower level pokemon, try taking them to the Survival Area and either put them in the front of your party and switch out, or equip the experience share on them. If you do both, you get even more experience out of the deal. The Survival Area pokemon tend to be around level 50, so you can get a good bit of experience off of them.

I have been using the radar and I keep getting common Pokemon. I defeated many Roselia and Shellos. crying I only have two exp shares and Switching doesn't always work out since I sometimes forget and hit fight instead. Then my Pokemon gets knocked out.... Thank you so much though! I will try the survival area tonight...

The Pokeradar can be tricky. If you see the bushes really shaking (they'll have white sparkles) you should try there first.
Also, if you get a common pokemon, try moving to the bushes that are closest; according to Dawn/Lucas, the bushes furthest from you have a better chance of giving you the same pokemon you just encountered. So in other words, if you get a Roselia the first time, then you're more likely to encounter a Roselia in the further bushes. If you go to one closer to you, you have a better chance of getting a different one.

Usually I can't ever walk around to the any patch of grass since i always stand in the next one. crying But today the first Pokemon I saw was Ditto! So I caught like four of them. heart Cause that's all I got cause then I kept getting wingull and Gastonston (sp). Still I caught four Ditto in a row. I'll probably trade them for copies so I can level them up faster. I'm one step closer to having my favorite team again.

So I can't re-fight the gym leaders though I wish I could since it would be faster to level up the under 20-30 bunch. So I just use the hotel.
