Name: Shinzo ( Japanese for The Divine Spear and Change )
Codename: Shadow Hornet
Age: 18
Occupation: Officer of the Leet ( 1337 ) organization.
( Leet is the special code used by the organization to communicate so their enemies, The Plains, can't understand. )
Primary Weapon 1: Custom Thompson
Magazine holds 50 bullets. Has a scope, flashlight, and easy grip handle.
Primary Weapon 2: M14 Sniper
Mini M14 sniper with wooden base, silencer, high precision scope, and a fold out adjustable stand.
Secondary Weapon: BroomHandle Chinese Type 17 Mauser
Basic pistol, easy to use, smooth trigger pull, small recoil, and a capacity of about 10 pullets. This baby has it all.
Shinzo adopted the original model from history back on his home planet and made his own line of these pistols. Now his special Ops units use them.
Melee Weapon: Jade Fang
Slick black handle with iron knuckles supporting the handle.
Mostly considered a modified trench knife.
Special Weapon: Slugger
Special Shotgun only compatible with slug shells. Comes with extended magazine, folded sights, easy grip, flashlight, and ten shells each magazine. Given to the leader of the Neutral city for being awesome.
Side: Main City E-leet, Neutral
Specialty: Tactical Planner
Ability 1: Shinzo is able to pin-point enemies from 100 meters around him.
Can only be done outside. Shinzo can also communicate with all of his units and allies. This ability is called Wi-Fi.
Ability 2: Shinzo has the ability to make and fortify structures incase of bombing or war. These structures ( Trenches, buildings used against war, ect... ) have take three posts to make. If building is already present, Shinzo can simply use that building. Making the building ready for war takes one post. Completely sealing it off takes two posts and getting into such a building takes two posts by enemies.
Ability 3: Shinzo has the command of five common units due to him being a leader. Each hold a common secondary pistol and 1st primary machine-gun from the E-leet. However, they do not have any special powers and can still die.
They hold a uniform that will be found lower down this RPC.
Specialty Items: Plasmatic Blue Laptop
This special fold-able laptop projects a touch-screen from the two spirals on the front. This can be used to pin-point enemies and do research on the field.
The Golden Seal
A blowtorch Shinzo uses. can seal doors and help make structures.
White Wave
Shinzo is able to talk to his allies or units through this headset of his.

Vehicle One: The Chrome Dome
This vehicle, made of pure hard carbon, runs on plasma radiation given off by the planet. Uses only single-shot plasma guns with low rapid firing capabilities. However, due to the small size, it can be driven within buildings. Meaning it can be used where-ever and does NOT hold against the vehicle rule. * Only because I'm a leader. *
A shield is projected above of the seat, over the driver, that can't be broken.
Vehicle Two: Dr. Boat
A special boat/submarine made for Shinzo.
Can go above and underwater. Uses special gravity pumps to move through the water and only the water. Covered in think pure carbon glass windows with the covering made of chrome.
Can fire a missile from the top.

Jetsaw -
Jetsaw and Shinzo have been the bestest of friends since getting onto the ship and accidentally landing on this planet.
He helped Jet build the cities with his own hands and plans to know Jet for time to come.
Alrueah -
After time, Shinzo has gotten to know Alureah and has developed a small love interest with her. However, it seems to be more of a friendship.

Ability 1:
Jet can charge massive amounts of energy into his fists when he chooses. With this increase in power he can blow away a re-enforced steel wall.
Ability 2:
Like with his fists, Jet can also charge energy into his feet to run extremely fast.
Ability 3:
Jetsaw can fortify fortresses with defenses like no one else's business.

This helps Jetsaw keep track of many things, including how much energy he can convert before expending his own life force.

This Viper can travel at speeds of up to 120 miles per hour and has been outfitted with both racing, and rough terrain tires. The wheels can also move on pivoting balls to move under the car, letting the viper hover over water.

Originally an A-10 Thunderbolt fighter, Jetsaw has modified it to his own voice synthisizer and voice command activation codes. This plane is outfitted with machine guns, .50 callibur belts for ammo, and sunspear missiles with heatseeking option.
