Does anybody else have the problem where you require 800 calories or so right before you close your eyes and go to sleep at night or else you're too hungry to sleep and ya wake up? Every night, I have a lb of carrots, a tbsp of grated Parmesan cheese, and a massive open-faced turkey sandwich w/ 4oz turkey & several oz. lettuce. I'll have restless fleeting-food-dreams & wake up with a horribly growling stomach despite how tired I've been, if I eat any less. Basically, I'm hungry all day until sleepy-time. Saving/Burning calories for nighttime every single day of my life sucks. My total calories is about 1600, though I'd be able to knock it down to like 800 & lose 2 lbs a week w/o my inclined treadmill( which I'd kinda like to do since I've been woozy/sick for about a month or more now). Is this common? I'm still losing weight.

its probably normal to feel a bit hungry at the end of the day, depending on what time you go to sleep and when you have your last meal. If you eat dinner at 6pm and go to sleep at midnight, I guess you could be hungry. Not sure 800 cals is really necessary, maybe try having more protein and fibre. For me 800 cals would be more than half my days calories in one hit, and I need that during the day when Im active, not at night when Im sleeping.
I wouldnt knock your cals down to 800. Less than 1200 is usually seen as pretty unhealthy for most people, unless you are doing it under medical supervision
