Blushing violently, sure that his face was on fire, Julian hesitantly put his arms around her and hugged her back.
"You're welcome," he managed to mumble. Looking around a bit anxiously, he let go of her with some regret.
"Maybe we should head back inside."

"Yeah, I guess so," Rabid let go of Julian and, upon seeing his face, giggled like an idiotic schoolgirl. She crawled over and picked her son up before returning to Julian.
"Don't let anyone know about this, okay?" she warned, "Don't tell anyone unless you absolutely have to. If you see him again...just...get in touch with me or Liam as quickly as possible.
Ike began kicking his legs in his sleep, something like a dog. He was having a very pleasant dream about chasing certain someones out of the HQ and off of a cliff. Quite fun, really.
Rabid began to walk inside, but stopped mid-step. She gave a slightly maniacal laugh as she leaped back, kissed Julian on the cheek, and began walking inside rather quickly.

Certain he was going to pass out, Julian managed a mute nod and touched the spot where Rabid had kissed him gingerly. It felt twice as hot as the rest of his face, which had turned brilliant red.
"Right. You. Liam. Yes." he sputtered, physically incapable of using full sentences.
"Bye," he gasped after another second, hurtling towards the entrance after a few minutes, after he was certain she'd gone.
Holy s**t.
