Angels
Angels are sentient beings born from feathers of dead Angels and scales of dead Denizen fallen to earth. Depending on whether they have remained pure or tainted with blood of the opposite faction determine their natural alliance. Their natures, however, are as varying as humans'.
The Animal Hybrid angels are those found and kept by animals instead of humans, so they instead absorb the essence of these. They usually later go on to find a Keeper.
*Converted angels will have wings the color of the alliance, but they will be of the same breed.

Razielli
There is a legend... A thousand years ago, the Angel Raziel mixed his blood with the blood of men and created the race of the Nephilim. Human-angel hybrids, they walk among us, unseen but ever-present, our invisible protectors. They call themselves Shadowhunters.
Guardians are so widespread and scatteres, they do not know yet what they are. They are the new, improved breed of Razielli.

Faerie
These faeries are neither cute or nice. They take humans as pets and fodder, believing them lesser beings. In reality, it was humans they were based off, they are in a way, just a copy. These tend to live under a king or queen in Seelie [light] and Unseelie [dark] Courts or as exiles in "Ironside". Neither courts are particularly good or evil, as they all hold the same contempt towards the human race and use them all the same. The only difference is that the Seelie don't kill their victims. Ironside faeries live in the Urban areas and often suffer "iron sickness"—they are deathly allergic to iron.

Hybridic Mortals
Werewolves and Vampires came to be when warring demons came to earth and infected a group of humans. Because of their demon creators, they naturally feel the need to kill each other.
The other werebeasts are actually different, but they fall into this category because they are so similar. There are few "real" werewolves left, and most have even forgotten who they really are.
