A merchant adventurer by trade. He started his fortune with a boat named the Majesty. He would run small trade routes between Britain and Ireland, where airship travel was too expensive for the short distance.
Once, he had built up enough money, he converted the Majesty into an airship, by knocking down the sails and mast, replacing them with hot air baloons and installing a steam engine, as well as re christening it The Steamking. This allowed him to run trades globally. Eventually he built up a trade fleet and retired.
Nowadays he lives the life of a millionaire, although still occasionally takes the Steamking on trades and flys it reguarly. He is currently trying to put together a crew to race in the upcoming air race.
Health
Due to his life being fairly active, Thaddeus has only one serious disease, Zombification. Every so often his skin will become grey and sickly, his hair will turn white and he will gain a hunger for human flesh. Although no cure is available he doesn't let it stop him from doing anything and tends to ignore it. His friends are usually kind enough not to pass comment, knowing it is a sore spot.
