OMG arent some of the villians in Sailor Moon hillarious? I've been tring to think of my favorites from each Arc and i finally have em' figured out:
Sailor Moon- this one was tough because the villans werent that interesting, but if would have to be Nephlite. Jedite was too egotistical, Zoicite was..... well..... O.O malachite was too arogant, and Queen beryl was obnoxious.
Sailor Moon R- Allan and Anne of course =3
Sailor moon S- Not a single one. I thought all of the villians were annoying in this Arc, especially Emerald. I dont know how you could miss her, that laugh was just horrid.
Sailor moon super S- Amazon trio, and Amazoness Quartet. The quartet is so cute but i like Vesu Vesu the most.
Sailor moon stars- (havnt made it that far lol!)
So who does everyone else like?

heart Depends on what version you watch. If you watch the original, you'll know alot about Zoisite/Malachite xD
By the way, the "R" arc was from "The Return of Sailor Moon" to the "Final Battle" with Wiseman.
"S" starts with Rei's vision to Pharaoh 90's defeat
and "SuperS" is from the first dream episode to when Nehelenia goes back to the New Moon (or whatever) heart

i say sailor star arc is good, the bad guys are not seen as much as in the other ones but i found that it made it better

From the first series it would be Nephrite, I almost cried when Zoiste killed him crying
Sailor Moon R - Catsy / Koan, I never really liked much of the other villains.
Mistress Nine and the Amazon Trio are my other two favs heart

FIORE, twisted he is soooo totally hot and he loves flowers... 3nodding he kinda reminds me of one of my most favorite anime characters from a totally different genera of anime.... ahhhh so hot! whee
