I'd have to say Neji. That whole destiny bit pissed me off.
Sakura's ok, in my opinion. In the beginning she was really annoying, but now, after her training, she doesn't bug me as much.
Sure, Orochimaru's scary, but I don't hate him. he's a bad guy, you're supposed to hate him.
