To capture a pokemon you can also see the Battle System post, but just so you get it; you can capture any pokemon at your level, you must make a good fair battle between you and the pokemon, and you must private message me or a vice captain with the post so we can approve or disapprove of it.

To evolve one of your pokemon you must have it battle and raise a level that matches the levels set in the serebeii pokedex. You must then private message me or a vice captain the evolution as well as the battle and we will either approve or disapprove of it.
