Introduction
Welcome, to the wonderful world of Pokemon. Pokemon are creatures with mystical powers. Their numbers range from the hundreds to, most likely, thousands. Many Pokemon have yet to be undiscovered. There are also many mysteries behind the world of Pokemon. Pokemon researchers take it upon themselves to try and decipher these mysteries. However, there are also Pokemon Trainers, who form bonds with their Pokemon and compete in Pokemon battles. Fighting alongside each other, Trainer and Pokemon aim to accomplish the ultimate goal: The Pokemon League. Pokemon Rangers "capture" Pokemon temporarily and use their special abilities before releasing them. Rangers help solve everyday problems in the world of Pokemon. As you can see, this world is filled with wonders, miracles, and much, much more. Leap into the world of Pokemon, now! Experience this world of wonder! Choose your path!
Rules
1. No heavy God modding/auto-hitting, make sure you give others a chance to counterattack your moves. Winning your own battles or creating/killing NPCs is okay. Winning other people's battles or killing other people's characters is not okay
2. Legendaries can be met, but not captured. You can befriend, but no touching. You could even battle if you wanted, but no capturing. They're legendary for a reason.
3. Keep it PG-13; Follow Gain ToS.
4. Be Semi-Lit/Literate please. No one/two liners. Writer's block is understandable, but don't get too comfortable with them.
5. The rules of dodging are as follows:
-Dodging is a 50% chance in this Roleplay. Roll a 10-sided dice once when deciding to dodge, and if it is an even number, the dodge was successful. If odd, it failed. Simple enough?
-Keep dodging to about 3, at most 4 per battle.
6. Have fun and enjoy yourselves.
7. This RP takes place in Johto, but you're allowed to start in any part of the region, from Mahogany Town, to Cherrygrove City. From Cianwood to New Bark....etc.

Fulgrim sometimes kets his talents go to his head, he's heard enough people call him talented, good looking, witty, etc. that he accepts it as truth rather than hollow compliments Background History ; Fulgrim came from a very well to do family in Goldenrod city, and although he was offered everything he could ever want his parents tried to initially keep him away from pokemon battling. They didn't want to lose him to his obsessive and competitive nature and instead guided him more towards athletics, Fulgrim excelled at sports gaining particular love for fencing which has majorly impacted his philosophy as a pokemon trainer. As Fulgrim grew older he inevitably was exposed to the world of battling primarily through casual battles at school. When he was twelve he asked his parents why they never wanted him to become a trainer. They explained their reasoning to him, but told him that if it was something he was truly interested in they would support him. Fulgrim was surprised, but glad at his parents support and began to train his Gastly, a pokemon he had since early childhood. He continued casual battling and focused on his fencing until High School when he began to focus more on his battling much to the chagrin of his coaches. In his third year of high school he decided to begin the pokemon challenge and compete nationally in the pokemon league. By this time he had already made leaps and bounds by training locally at his Gym which was shortly afterwards his first official pokemon league victory. He is currently competing in the pokemon league, and has obtained nearly all of the regions badges. He is currently on a hiatus from the league to train after being defeated by Clair in Blackthorn city during a 3v3 Match. The people on my friend list ;

Konrad(Male Gengar)
Konrad was Fulgrim's first pokemon and is the strongest member of his team, Konrad is highly intelligent, extremely prideful and somewhat sadistic.
Angron(Male Nidorino)
The newest of Fulgrim's pokemon Angron was befriended by Fulgrim after the Nidorino was traded to a Breeder who discouraged battling, Fuglrim traded a recently aquired porygon for the aggressive and headstrong Nidorino
Corax(Female Golbat)
One of Fulgrim's newer pokemon, Fulgrim went out specifically hunting for a flying type pokemon after being defeated in the semi-finals of a pokemon tournament. Fulgrim's defeat taught him to think in three dimensions rather than viewing the battlefield as a flat chessboard. Corax is no-nonsense and is both aggressive and ruthless when battling
Rogal(Male Kingler)
Rogal is very self-righteous and sees itself in a very royal way, Rogal hates to lose more than anything else and will brood for days after a defeat. Rogal loves to let opposing pokemon realize that they've been beaten before finishing them off.
Roboute(Female Kingdra)
Roboute loves herself too much, she is constantly preening and prides herself in being elegant and graceful in battle. Fulgrim has been told that he should enter her into contests, but has never gotten around to it.
Perturabo(Male Forretress)
Perturabo is the spitting image of what you would expect a forretress to be, tough, uncompromising and patient. Perturabo loves to fight battles of endurance wearing down his opponents with spikes and other hazards whilst firing away with his Gyro balls. Pertrabo is also prone to exploding near any opponent he can't beat.

Jaghatai(Male Weavile)
The Second pokemon that was caught by Fulgrim in the ice caves near Blackthorn and evolved shortly after, Jaghatai is quick witted and resourceful and shares the pride seen in most of Fulgrim's pokemon, Jaghatai is obsessive and a perfectionist qualities stemming from Narcissism
Lorgar(Female Tentacruel)
Lorgar is one of the more level headed of Fulgrim's pokemon, Lorgar is calculating and analytical thinking situations through and using her environment to her advantage, She was the third pokemon Fulgrim caught
Sanguinius(Male Scizor)
The Fourth Pokemon Fulgrim caught was a Scyther that was very timid and somewhat of an isolationist, initially Fulgrim judged the Scyther to be weak due to it's lack of confidence and somewhat aggressive nature, but as they grew closer the Scyther joined in the highly competitive mentality of Fulgrim's other pokemon. It evolved during the Johto league chamionships.
Mortarion(Male Weezing)
One of Fulgrim's favorite pokemon Mortarion is a pokemon that brings a slightly lighter air to Fulgrim's pokemon. Mortarion is jovial in nature and sees everything as a game, this often irritates Fulgrim as Mortation is content with winning by the bare minimum rather than solidly like most of Fulgrim's other pokemon.
Alpharius(Female Salamence)
Alpharius is a pokemon that Fulgrim won in a game of luck, Alpharius is almost never used and has a rather tense relationship with Fulgrim. Alpharius is caring and motherly with a very non-competitive nature which causes conflict between her and her team mates. She typically stays with Fulgrim's family
