I thought i'd mention this relatively new anime; the manga was out a bit but the anime is like only on episode 9.

Diddn't know you were in this guild Mylian.
It's about warroirs who's purpose is to fight. These warrior(Kamphers) can only be female so the main character turns into a girl when he has to fight.
The Anime is not worth it flooded with too much fanservice, but the Manga is enjoyable.

The "Guy to Magical Girl" premise isn't a new one, but a quick Googling makes me think this one is interesting.
