Okay so I read up on how to do it, KNOW how to do it, BUT I cannot find the NPC to turn it off... I really dont want to play in the top tier bracket for farming mount/gear rewards...
Can anyone help please?
[And how's the best way to make money as a 69 Enchanter/Tailor (besides Netherweave Bags)]

For both Horde and Alliance the NPC is in the same building where the PvP items are sold, in either Orgrimmar or Stormwind.

As an enchanter, if your not trying to level your enchanting up, sell all the mats, you make a s**t ton. And don't try and make money with tailoring, just sell all your mats.

Okay I looked and looked, even with Detect Invisibility I cannot find the XP Eliminator.
Kinda sucks now that I'm 70, idk if I'm in the low end of the bracket or not.

i thought that there's a dude at your class area who turns off xp? look aroudn where you get your new spells and abilities. they might be there

As soon as you go in the Stormwind room behind the king, directly right there should be a stealthed guy. I dont know where any other ones are....=P
