Breakfast 2 pieces toast w/ PB
Lunch Ham sandwich with lettuce and cheddar Kashi granola bar
Snack /
Dinner Popcorn =S
Exercise ~40 mins brisk walking Cleaning Stood/walked around all day as usual...cut and styled some hair, as usual...
Notes Friday is my treat day. Hence the popcorn. I went to a movie.

Lunch 1 can of tuna w/ 1 tbsp miracle whip
Snack /
Dinner 3 sm pancakes w/ margarine & light syrup (mmm brinner)
Exercise ~15 mins walking
Notes Guuuhh kinda feel gross about today. Hopefully will do better tomorrow.
