L'mur patted Saranth's haunches and rose to speak to Farin. The little green snored quietly, soaking up the sun.
"Excuse me, Weyrlingmaster," he said. "Should I find the Weyrsinger? Or perhaps I should work with the Records? I haven't practiced my harpering much this past Turn." L'mur scratched the back of his head, a tad embarrassed. He glanced down at his blood-and-oil covered tunic and winced. "Although I suppose laundry is the first order of business."

Farin rose her head, for a moment having been considering taking a long bath after all of this blood and much. She could feel a bit of bubbling hunger as well- but she supposed this was mostly from Moth's newfound interest in the remaining herdbeast corpses. They had been gutted and picked at, but there was still plenty for her to finish off. Daintily, the green had to disagree.
It is lunch time, Love. She lowered her head and snorted behind the woman. Perhaps it is you who is hungry. Farin raised her eyes to respond, when L'mur walked forward. A few of the other students seemed to be lagging back as well, but they finally turned and left before answering. They'd better learn to be open with her. She wasn?t one for secrets, and should she find them not making applicable time of there non class hours, she'd be sure to add on even more hay duties.
"I'm afraid we don't have a weyr singer, L'mur. Perhaps this is something you can aspire to- but our last one died during the plague." She rested a hand in her hair. "I don't think anyone has been reassigned. J'rare will be hard to replace."
She raised her head, and tapped her chin. "For now, you'll need to apprentice yourself out to the highest ranking harper stationed here, or at Rias Hold. If you cannot find one, and considering your harper training, they need assistants in the library, and I am sure they would not mind you working there."
(( So basically XD L'mur may find a NPC, or a IC journeyman, or, he may begin working at records. :3 I might set up a NPC character to run the record hall if there is a desire to work there. Perhaps I'll shove Araye to do something. ))

L'mur nodded thoughtfully. "Thank you, Farin. I'll see who I can find. If all else fails, I'm sure Kirana and I can work with the Records." With a polite wave, he trotted back to Saranth. Fortunately, the green was small enough to be carried without too much effort. She blinked drowsily as L'mur hauled her off to the dragonets' weyr. Saranth would sleep, and L'mur would work on making himself presentable again.

N'tren watched as everyone began to disband. He had been a drudge of sorts before Impressing Datiath. Not that he minded working in the kitchens. He just hoped that his bronze did not become a glutton by being around food all the time.
Datiath was sound asleep. Only Thread would have woken the little beast up; smiling to himself and his dragon, the teen moved slowly, lifting his beast up as he rose. Nodding to his friends and weyrling master, the rider began to make his way back to the the rooms.
