A story behind my reasoning as well.(have to make a point)
well this might seem odd but maybe a FAQ
the reason I say this is. in one past guilds I was in the people (captain, vice captain, and crew) where the only ones that could make topics in anything. you kind of hand to do what they where interested in and so a question of FAQ would be good to show people that had the same exp that I did. that its okay to post topics in the right areas. also things like how you can help, what is this guild about so on. just FAQ just a suggestion.

1. Gifting event where they gift people anonymously (Doesn't matter how low or high it has to be)
2. An event/party for all the active guild mem's on here where they dress up as a theme.

I can't make a FAQ if there aren't any Frequently Asked Questions..?
Also, I'm kind of the only active crew member, so...
The others come on sometimes, but they don't really have anything to do because this guild isn't really that big or active.
Plus, I'm one of those people who likes to do things myself to make sure it's done in a way I deem acceptable... ugh... I hate it, but, I'm still open.

Don't be sorry! *hugs* I try to be as active as I can but there isn't a lot to do you know. so I thought I could help you with that so that you would put more things in or something n.n I just love to help out people. I am helping my other friends guild too >< cuz I do my best to help everyone.

So I saw that you were looking for contest ideas? Here's a few. :3
TekTek Contest - Make it challenging by setting a weird theme or setting a gold cap limit, like, "don't go higher than 1 million" or 500k or something. Halloween is coming up, though I suppose it might still be early to do a Halloween theme. Winner would be by vote.
Caption The Picture Contest - Find some funny picture and see who comes up with the funniest, wittiest saying. Winner can be by vote.
Highest Score for Booty Grabbing for the week. Have people take a screencap of their final score from someone's random tank?
Banner Contest - Does the guild need a banner? People could design a new banner(s) and submit them to be voted on. ^_^
Then there's the generic Random Number/Dice Rolling contest.
