I am trying to write a horror book. But i keep turning it into a fantasy book. anyone want to help me write it as a joint book?

Begining:

The house stood up against the Hill. After seventy-five years a new family has moved in. The house was three stories tall, with a front porch shaped like a B. Connected to it is a large T. Still in good shape, the Ellison's repaired what little damage was there. A white Picket fence incircled the property.
