This is Matasoga's Private Art Gallery, though it's open to all members of the guild and accepting of all submissions.
A long hallway with red carpet and dark wooden walls opens on each side to a different gallery. Most are dedicated to a user, though some house specific projects or are devoted to all users. There lighting is low, overall, but a small, special, UV light (so as to preserve the richness of the colors) is built directly underneath each frame for best visibility.
