Everyone should know the several groups in Resident Evil such as:
S.T.A.R.S.- Special Tactics And Rescue Service
UBCS- Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service
BSAA- Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance
(If I missed any post it)
and those who don't. why are you here?
Can anyone create a group name similar to this? I'll start off.
B.E.T.- Biohazard Elimination Team
C.A.B.I.-Counterattack Against Biological Infestation

I still insist that--since Wesker said he went to an organization who was a rival of Umbrella--it's Health Care Foundation.

I agree with Bio on this one. Health Care Foundation is most likely it. I can see it now. Health Care Foundation, helping by transforming you into something more powerful than a zombie. This way you'll always be healthy. Side effects may include growing wings and over weight lower body.
