Hillsys Stalker
Demi and Selena are the ones that Miley and one of her buddies made fun of on YouTube. XD They both played in Princess Protection Program together and Pezorro hates the commercials where they're all like 'We're best friends!'. Anyway, Selena plays Alex in Wizards of Waverly Place and Demi plays Sonny in Sonny With a Chance. Of course, you've probably never seen any of these shows because you probably don't watch Disney channel very often. XD
Funnily enough, my sister watches enough Disney for me to have more of a clue about who you're talking about, now. although, I don't know of this YouTube video of which you speak.
