TenguHeart Omg has anyone seen D. Gray Man in English?! /BARFNOISE What have they done to DGM? Honestly. Changing the voices up a bit is okay, but changing things like the direct translation of words? Not. Freaking. Okay. Kanda's voice makes me die a little bit on the inside. I mean, LOLWHUT? :GONK:

Im just going to be honest here... I do not know what the big deal is over dubs and subs... Its the same anime, not like different stuff happens in the different versions... This is just me, but I could care less about what the voices sound like... As long as I can watch my anime, Im cool... ((P.S. Dont be dissin' the voice actors!!! Cuz many of them are awsome!!!)) Im normally just too lazy to read the subs, so I watch the dubbed... But if a series isnt dubbed, Im cool with subs! No big deal! And its not like the English dubs are that bad... I thought some of the voices actually sounded pretty good.

-Kanda's voice is too deep.
-Allen's voice is okay, but isn't perfect. [Still love it.]
-Lavi's is awesome O:
-Lenalee's voice is cute, but I hate Lenalee, and her voice is too cute.
-Arystar... I dunno D:
-Road's voice is really matching, but a little too mature.
-Tyki's voice needs to be sexier > w <
-JasDebi's voices are awesome, but I thought Jasdero's voice should be a little more crazy-man sounding and stuff.
You pretty much summed up what I wanted to say (including hating Lenalee LMAO). Though it took me a long while to get used to. However, I still prefer the original Japanese version :3 i mostly think the english version is more better because you can hear their real voices.

I liked lavi's voice kanda sounds like a big black man allen sounded kinda like a women i haven't heard anyone else

I like the English since I can never multitask and watch while reading subs. The only voice I wasnt fond with was Kanda's. All I thought about was Roy Mustang from FMA and FMA Brotherhood. I like Allen's because he actually sounded his age, same with Lavi, liked all the noah's voices. The thing is that the voice actor that does Lavi does Earl's voice XD i thought that was interesting.

Yay, people agree with me about Allen's voice. biggrin
One thing I keep asking about is if Funimation ever plans to continue dubbing the rest of the episodes. I've been waiting patiently for over a year now and my patience is wearing thin. I want to see the rest of the series dubbed. I managed to get used to Allen's little boy Japanese voice, so it's not like I haven't seen the rest of the series, I just want to see them dubbed now, cuz I enjoy the dub. biggrin
