This is a show from Jaime Oliver and the BBC, it's a program about what food does to your body, how it has changed over the past decades and talks about changing your diets.

Watch all 8 parts. It's a great show and free!
They show you what the insides of a 25 stone man looks like. The man had donated his body to science after death. He weighed 350 lbs. Here's a lb to stone converter: http://www.metric-conversions.org/weight/pounds-to-stones.htm
At my heaviest, I weighed 233 lbs, and that makes 16.64 stone. Now I weigh exactly 13 stone, 182 lbs.
How about you?

I used to be 85kg at my highest (187 pounds), which is 13 stone. Now I weigh 67.3kg (148 pounds), which is 10 stone mrgreen
I'll check out the show. Jamie Oliver stuff is usually good. Is it the one where he does the thing with the chicken nuggets?

He does pull our a pig, which was disgusting. And he addresses vegetarian people who don't eat enough veggies, as well as thin people who are in bad shape because they eat crap. It's over all really good.

Food provides your body with all the vitamins and minerals it needs not only to function but to prolong your life and keep you healthy, keep all the microorganisms in your body alive, your skin, your hair etc. So it's no wonder if you ate "fake" food as I like to call it, your body will suffer, maybe not right away but in time.
