In a large building covered in crawling vines, there are many who take residence at Le Magnifique Résidence.
There are many floors with varying sized apartments and rooms, all fully furnished. Every apartment and room is different, varying from basic rooms to very large two bedroom apartments.
Upon entering its large doors, the visitor is met with a large, open sitting area. To the right is where the living room and den are located; and to the left is where the kitchen and dining room are located. Straight ahead is a large staircase that leads to the next floor.
Le Magnifique Résidence is owned and maintained by Giovanna Wickham.

Ning Jin was limping along happily, taking in the sights of the Underground. He slowed to a stop, looking over the seemingly grand apartment building in front of him, his lips parted in awe. He smiled faintly, admiring the building's size and maintenance.

Having been planting flowers for what seemed like an eternity around the side of her building, Giovanna made her way to the front, pausing to watch the stranger who just stood there. The woman quickly pulled the thick white gloves from her hands before smoothing out the front of her dress and stepping towards him. "Salut," she smiled warmly, bowing her head. "Can I help you with something?"

"Just admire the sight," Ning Jin stuttered in broken English, gesturing the the building happily with his cane. "Is the place of belonging in your home?" he asked, narrowing his eyes as he struggled with the wording. He let out a breath, straightening his hat as he watched her contently.

"Ah, yes," the woman nodded, looking over her shoulder to the building. "This isn't quite a house, but there are many apartments inside." Giovanna looked back to the other, a small smile still on her lips. "What is your native tongue, may I ask?"

"Very lovely home," Ning Jin said with a smile, nodding firmly as he looked over the building once again. "Native tongue, is main language, yes? Mandarin Chinese. From Beijing," he told her, pointing a thumb to his chest.

"So you are from China! Well, what a journey you've made." Giovanna's smile grew warmer as she stepped further towards him. "And your name, love?" the woman asked, her hands clasped together at the front of herself.

"Long journey," he spoke, nodding in certainty. "Called Ning Jin, is name of me," the man continued, stumbling forward a bit, using his cane to steady himself. "But true self is Prince Qinjian, says grandmother."

"So the boy is a prince," Giovanna stated, mostly to herself. "What happened to your walking capability, Prince Qinjian?" the woman asked, tilting her head as she watched him stumble about. "And what brings you to this area?"

The boy laughed softly, shaking his head. "No, not prince, but grandmother say I from Ming time," he tried to explain. "I have knee affliction, causing this cane to be used," Ning Jin continued, smiling to her. "Am this area for walking to take fresh breath."
