Requesting character fusion art, the details are kind of... specific and detailed, but allow for plenty of freedom. I'll provide them if you accept.
I want full-body colored art.
Basically, it's a fusion of two characters I've become fond of: Reisen Udongein Inaba from Touhou and the Fourth Doctor from the original series of Doctor Who.

I reccomend that you message her if you want art, but you might not get through as she tends to be offline, something about other accounts to tend to or something.
But as for the idea...I like it!
After becoming a frequenter of TV Tropes I've noticed a few similarities between myself and one of the doctors, can't recall which one though.
All I remember is that he was particularly eccentric, even for one of the doctors, maybe it was ol' fourth, but I can't seem to remember.
