You know I've never seen this one here... rofl
Hmm, Megaman or Samus...?
Both video game characters that I know about but have never played a single game from either of their franchises, hah go figure. xd
Megaman and Samus both get powers that help them get through tough areas or times. I think Samus is more versatile though because sure she doesn't get some powers/ suits so she can't go through certain areas, like through lava or something. However she can shoot in more directions than that of Megaman which ends up making him pretty vulnerable only shooting forward and not in all different directions like Bass.

Also the fact that spikes are a one hit kill for Megaman is completely stupid. I mean sure this was something of the Nintendo age but so is Samus and she can take multiple hits before actually dying therefore making her superior once again.
Now we move onto weapon energy. Megaman has a limited amount of weapon energy that he can use. Samus does not, she can use any ability and suit without worrying about running out of it's ability. With Megaman you have to manually refill it by killing enemies or using E/M&W tanks, depending on which game you're playing. So in my deduction Samus is once again victor.
So after some careful thought I believe that.
SAMUS > MEGAMAN
