Justin I'm sorry but it is really hard running 2 guilds at once. If you want i can be a crew member but you can look for another vice president....
I'm not saying this because i hate the guild. I believe that it can prosper. But it takes time so don't try to rush it...

it takes time to start a sucsessful guild
he is running two guilds
i can see how that would be tough on him
maybe you should have another one of your frinds be vice president
