I'am gecloud the leader of neutrality a man with a ring for a wepon, it changes fourm with my will obtained by settling a war between 2 powerful men in this act I was mortality wounded and saved by the 2 only to recive a scar on my face and my rings of eternity. Many shuns me for this scar since I never engaged in a fight and helped settle many. Now me and my ring have trained every day since and now people call me the adept rogue for my fighting style. I never lost but came close in a single fight. My skills enable me to adapt to any style my opponent may have.

This is quite a cheapy, you only need to pay upwards of 7k for this if you get all 6th gens
