Chieftain Twilight Dark-Frando Ok so this issue is REALLY starting to burn me up and I'm not sure why it's affecting me so badly. So the issue is this, people are just sleeping around with other people and not really caring about it. I know I'm old school about the whole thing but this is one extreme to another! why why why why why why why (yes that is too few whys) is it like this? does love not exist more than a night now? I have a friend, a girl he was seeing met a guy yesterday and slept with him last night. Now my friend isn't as clean as a whistle himself but that's just wrong! and I keep getting more and more stories from friends where 'yeah I slept with someone, but decided a week later I didn't like them' I don't know whos around or what people will have to say to this but I REALLY need to get these issues off my chest before I turn into a demon who wishes to cleanse the world of everyone in one swift movement. Love you all <3 first of all, Love and Sex are two COMPLETELY different things. i hate, and i mean i HATE, when people confuse the two. stare so you can get off your "cleanse the world" high horse right now! secondly, i am a Slut. i am proud of it in fact. i sleep around, and that is because i like to have Sex, AS LONG AS IT IS ON MY TERMS. i can't imagine that anyone who enjoys Sex doesn't feel like they want it on their own terms. this doesn't mean that we don't care about our Bedmates/Sexual Partners. but not ALL of our partners are more than prey for us. i can Love some people that ********, as well as some people that i don't ********, and likewise i can ******** people that don't love as well as people that i do. Love and Sex are NOT mutually exclusive (see above). thirdly, there is no Universal Right and Wrong, or Good and Evil. it's all subjective. and likewise, what's best for one person isn't best for everyone. simply put, some of us NEED to be Monogomous, some of us NEED to be Polygamous/Swingers, and some of us NEED to be sexually conservative. that's fine. but that means we should learn to Live-And-Let-Live, instead of camaigning for some kind of unnessesary standardization. got it? =_= :pokes your nose.:

i remember going 18 years not giving a damn about my biological father (20 before i stopped hating him), before i finally had to see him, to ask him about my heritage. i guess deep down every male b*****d has that time as an adult that he hears the calling to rack down his good-for-nothing old man and get closure.
but when i was days away from my 2nd B-day, and made that call, he had the nerve to call me his dad on the phone. now, when i went to meet him, i took back the harsh words i did of telling he's not, never was, and never will be my dad, because he seemed... likable. i stopped hating him.
we had our time, a few weeks of hanging out at his house, met his life-partner (Sunshine), their baby (my half-brother Byron), and my cousin-ish person (on Sunshine's side of the family). we had a couple family outings, i got some gifts from dan (the biological dad)....
then, he just starts avoiding me again. abandoned a second time, and he had the nerve to call himself my dad? and he knew that i thought he was reconciling the family connection and he never told me he was planning on letting it be, he led me on!
so i say, why should i have anything to say to him? i'm glad you have great things to say to your dad, but i have some serious fatherhood issues, and i tried, and i gave it my everything, and i realy wanted to make it ok... and it isn't ******** worth it. no dad abandons their kid. i'm a b*****d, and i am damn proud to be one, because there is something about being a b*****d that grows on you. something about pretty much raising yerself that may eat at you, but makes you something better than everyone else, even if they can't see it.
i don't need to say anything to him, and i din't ever need to see him again. i'm better than him. always was, always will be. because i don't run away from responcibility. i don't abandon my flesh and blood.
he's in his ******** 40s, and he has a newborn! the only kid he's had besides me, and i'm two ******** decades old! and obviously, he's STILL not ready to be a parent!
sorry, this turned into such a rant.... iii-_- :sighs.: i'm caming down now, it's my friend's birthda. i'm headed outa town for the day, so i need to stay cheery. ^_^
