I have heard about aura colors and some meanings, but they are different with everyone I talk to. Does Buddhism deal with aura and if so, do they have a specified color system and meanings?

Not that I've read of. Most of the aura stuff I've read about came from new age books, some of which tried to equate it to seeing someone's level of chakra development or some such (which could tie it to Tibetan schools, at minimum), but other than that, nothing mentions a whole system of them.
Only thing that could maybe be taken as an aura was a mention I saw of the Buddha having a golden halo, but I take that not so much literal as 'if you look at him, he's a really peaceful and shining exemplar of a man'. 3nodding
