So what'd you guys think of Ghost Hunters Academy so far? Think it'll be good?
I thought it was pretty good. I'm kind of disappointed in the recruits right now.
Heathyr should have taken the tour... I know and understand why she didn't but she missed out on important information. I mean at least compromise a bit at first.
Chris seems nice, and like he really wants to be there but I wish he would have a tad bit more skepticism when around other people so he doesn't get manipulated.
Susan annoys me for some reason.
Karl, I don't have much of an opinion on yet.
Ben seems ok, and like he's really trying and there for the right reasons.
My opinions will most likely change as new episodes air, I think it'll be interesting to see who grows and becomes more confident and who gets booted.
I lol'd when Steve faked the old school cigarette thing. The look on Chris' face was priceless. Aha. ;D
That and the EVP saying Ben's name was creepy.

From the commercials, I would be disappointed with the whole crying thing.
Did they really only take like 40 min in an investigation? *shakes head*
Makes me wanna go on there and show them how it's done... that and drool over Steve. >>

Ahhh I really want to see this show! Though I hope they don't just have pansies joining or that will be disappointing. I wouldn't want another Brian on there...I never much cared for him >_>'

Spoiler warning!! Highlight to read:
Susan was crying because she was investigating with Heathyr and basically got overwhelmed with sad emotions. She ended up leaving the investigation and going out to the RV. Then she admitted she was an empath and everyone was all upset and saying she shouldn't have kept it from them.
And as for the investigation, they were supposed to go sit in a certain area and they only stayed for 40 minutes and came back to base without permission. At first they tried to say stuff like 'someone told us to come back' but then they just admitted they fudged up.
Good news is that if someone gets booted they just bring in a new recruit to take their place.
I hated Brian. He just had a poor attitude and he seemed to annoy everyone else all the time. I really prefer the chemistry between Steve and Tango.
Keep checking Syfy, they already played a few reruns of it so they'll probably play more.

Brian was there from the beginning, and I was slightly disappointed when he said he was picking his girl over TAPS. But, what can you do. He was rahter annoying though, and would screw up far too much.
Steve and Tango have amazing chemistry together xD They get along like brothers.
Oi vey, why didn't she just tell them? :/ I mean, you shouldn't keep that stuff hidden, especially if you're going onto an investigation. Then again, she could just have been using it to cover up the fact that she was scared shitless. If she cries in another episode, then we know she's faking empath.

Highlight my thoughts as they're all spoilers...cept Heather heart heart
I don't like Susan too much either, but it's mainly because she kept the "empath" thing from the rest of them, makes it a bit more difficult to believe her.
I would go on an investigation with Heather when and wherever she'd want to go wink
Karl's cool, seems a bit like me and I would've definitely have made the same mistake he did by saying "uh...yeah, I think we should leave the recorder there overnight..." instead of saying he left it. It's like a self-defense mechanism lol.
Ben is really cool, seems like he's the best out of the group (cept Heather but...biased!). I liked the personal touch of his EVP and he does seem to be there legitimately.
Chris is cool, also reminds me of me because I'm easily manipulated in some situations. I think it's that eagerness to find something substantial other than memories and being personally connected to my few paranormal experiences, well the more recent ones, I've no clue what the others are.
BTW, USA has begun airing the reruns as well, so it looks like it'll premier on Syfy and rerun on both channels.

That and Susan tried to suck up and show how smart she was. Then to leave Heathyr all alone... Guh... I don't know. Either she's trying way too hard or she can't be trusted. Hopefully my opinion will change. It's like what Steve was saying, they have to be able to trust people at face value. Funny how they named the episode 'web of deceit'.
Lol, my only beef with Heathyr is that she should have gone on the tour for the first investigation. She totally missed the point of it... It was to see how they'd cooperate, follow directions, listen, and work as a team. They weren't really there for results. I did kind of lol at how she was so unfazed by Susan freaking out.
Haha, I have to admit... <_< I'd investigate with Chris when and where ever. <3 He's adorable.
Brian just annoyed me. Steve seemed to almost always get annoyed with him, and then there was that episode where Brian had blamed Steve for something and started drama. I'm glad he's gone... and didn't he end up on the international show?
They do~ That's why I'm glad they have GHA now because it's more of them.
Syfy is airing the episode again tonight by the way. It's at 6 my time which is in about 20 minutes.

Unfortunately I missed it but I wasn't too thrilled after seeing the commercials for it. It seemed like they were recruiting a bunch of wusses.

I'm thinking she gets canned for some reason. The trailer for the new episode plays a sound clip saying a female is leaving and you see Chris saying he thinks someone is leaving, and in the last episode they said she was on thin ice.
She's my least favorite so far. .-. It's pretty sad that it was only the first episode too.

Spoilers:
I can't believe they kicked Heathyr, Susan should have been booted. I was happy to see Heathyr go on the tour in the newest episode. And instead we get that other girl who went into tears way too easily. Bleh...
The new episode should be replaying sometime in the next few days. Keep an eye on the other channels we said were playing it, I'm sure you'll be able to catch it.
