It's been happening for over a year now and has been bothering me for about that long too. I have this....I guess it's energy but it flows through my hands. My friend and I wanted to experiment with it alittle. He put his hand over mine to "absorb" (right word?) this stuff, and he said it made him feel tingly and awesome. He asked me to "send" it, so I did. He said he felt amazing, like nothing could go wrong.
Any ideas on what this is and why I can use it?

to me it sounds like normal engergies. i always find it hard to send my energies into something, i never have any problem absorbing it from other living things
every living thing has their own energy, some people believe that everything in the natural world has it, even rocks. you can do all sorts of things with it. you can even use it to heal a little bit if you get good enough, its one of the things im working on. you can also use it to make people and animals feel a certain way, like fear or calmness.
its really worth working with in my opinion

Any ideas on what this is and why I can use it? its ur natural energies tht ur body gives off. this is totally normal. it happens alot in my family. we can send eachother energy and we can feel other peoples emotions.

I'm agreeing with everyone else, it's natural energy. My Mediumship Teacher can see her and other people's energy very easily, she can also send it to people, although she says she doesn't do this much as it can make her feel ill.

This is your natural energy and you can use it in many ways: You can make barriers to protect yourself, you can learn reki and learn to heal others, I use it in help with detecting where a spirit is, to locate others (everyone has a very distinct energy that you can sence from a distance) and if you are feeling down and tired you can absorbe energy (i recomend from plants so you don't tick anyone off) I do most of these thigns quite a bit. I can send my energy over great distances. I send it reguarly to my friend in pennsilvania
