Personality: Rashir is laid back in conversation but once he get into battle he gets very serious.
Biography :Rashir came from a family which had no ninja abilities, though he soon realized that he was able to able to mold his own, white chakra and perform ninjutsu techniques, and so, he enrolled in the ninja academy. As it turned out, Rashir was not only able to use ninjutsu, but he also had a Kekkai Genkai, which allowed him to use the Power of the Eagle, very similar to his friend. After some research, he learned that one of his friend's relatives had married his relative and that the bloodline had been passed down through the generations, though only he had awakened the latent power.
Elemental powers: Rashir can use both water and earth powers but mostly sticks with water.
Ninjutsu:
Water
Water Dragon - With a sufficient amount of water in the area, this jutsu creates a swirling jet stream of water in the shape of a water dragon's head which can be used to knock someone down, or off their guard. (Not very big or very powerful for the time being)
Water Clone - With a sufficient amount of water in the area, this jutsu creates water copies of the user which are indistinguishable from him o sight alone. Any attack from a weapon, or a strong hit will destroy the clone, causing it to burst in a splash of water.
Giant Tsunami - With a sufficient amount of water in the area, this jutsu creates a giant wave that will at least knock the enemy back several feet, or knock them down (not extremely powerful as of yet, but enough to be dangerous)
Earth
Mud Wall - This defensive jutsu will create a wall in front of the user to protect him/her from danger coming to them, and can have some parts hit from the user towards the enemy.
Mud River - This jutsu can turn soild earth intomud and carry the enemt away from the user and will keep flowing over the enemy in order to keep them flowing in the river (also somewhat of a defensive jutsu).
Other
Blade Extention - This jutsu will run chakra through any blade the user has in their hand and make it longer, the blade wont get any heavier because the extention is made of hardened chakra.
Rashir has tried the tleportation jutsu but has yet to perfect it.
Equipment: Rashir also has a headband and boots that help him train by weighing him down. He also has a sword that he will sometimes use in battle.
Fighting Stance: Rashir's fighting stance is pretty simple. He has his right hand half open almost touching the center of his chest and his left hand the same way but almost completely extended in front if his right hand. His feet are mostly in the same position as his hands, right directly under his center, and his left out in front
Other Ablities: When Rashir has his boots and headband taken off, he can get enough speed to do a Flash Jump (where he picks up enough speed to be able to be unseen by the naked eye for a moment and apear somewher else) but if he uses it enough times he will become tired quicker.

Rashir's new comrade Rashir's cousin, Lee, has joined the academy and is now training to become a genin. Rashir has met him in Lee's first class after he returned from the forest of the damned.

Rashir's new power In recent journey into The Forest Of The Damned, rashir has gained new power. His eagle spirit is now easier to control since he has opened the scroll. Along with his new power, he has gained a new look. His hair is now the color of his chakra and his eyes are now all purple with white pupils.
