Ensu arrived from the lake as he kept jogging only stopping to jog in place as he looked at some of the graves of some people his family knew that had died. He bowed and payed some respect before moving on taking this opportunity to move as quite as he could through the grave yard he was beginning to get use to the weights and was now able to move a bit quieter He did his best to get through he was running out of steam and wanted to get his vest off as soon as he could or at least stop moving and rest. He was almost done running around the village only a few more stops and he would be done. He left the graveyard and headed towards the library.

Suki began to walk past the main section of graves, until she happened upon the Dragonil grave, her and Natsu's father. Next to it, a warn grave that had no identification stood. She sat on her legs as she unsheathed the katana on her back and stabbed the blade into the ground. "Mom... It's been a while, eh? To be honest, I... I can't remember the night it all burned. Natsu thinks I'm lucky for that, and I may be, but... I donno. It's weird, not remembering."

For the first time, she didn't have anything particular to say. She just kept rambling on, not sure what to say, really. "Uh... Ok. Umm.... That dream.... vision... whatever. I'm here. That's what you wanted... right? Flame of the Stars in the Heart of Water. So... what now?" She waited. Nothing. She waited more, in silence. She could overhear other couples and families crying over their loved ones who'd passed away. Still nothing. She began to get annoyed, then crossed her arms as she usually did. "Fine. Don't tell me. I'll figure it out, as usual. Always have." She stood and grabbed the hilt of the katana, when she blinked, and now the world around her had darkened. She looked up. Above her, a night sky, coated with a blanket of stars. "Whoa.... O....k...." She looked back straight to see a white... blur, and then heard a female voice. "You must see to believe, and believe to use, Suki. You were always smart, but understanding the entire bloodline would take decades of constant back tracking."

Suki's jaw dropped. "M-mom...?' The voice continued, as though it hadn't heard her. "This is where it started. This is where Earth and Star met for the first time, before this was named Kirigakure. The power you have isn't over manipulating chakra. It goes far farther than that, Suki. You're brother's abilities is a branch of what you can use." Suki began to think as her jaw went back normal. "... Draco. You mean... This is... what? Control over the power of... stars? Space?" The voice laughed. "That is for you to not understand. Not yet. Simply... see." Then Suki began to levitate as a pillar of light shot up around her. Her eyes looked like she was in a trance.

-------------------------------------------------

She woke up under a rather large tree, and a quick look around showed she had all of her belongings. Her head was throbbing, though. What she just saw, witnessed... she had to take time to process it all.

After searching through the area of the mist, which wasn't that far seeing as the rather stupid animals didn't know too much of who they were looking for except for looks, spotted what they thought was their master except it was simply a clone. Upon meeting up with the clone that was had watched the students all the way up to Kiri, heard the instructions that the snakes had ordered from the creator of both of them. The clone along with the snakes going on as scouts, asked around the village as they tried to see if they saw a fiery headed girl about. After about fifteen minutes of constant searching, they were informed of the direction that the person had spotted the girl. The clone took the direction that it was informed the girl had went as it heard a hiss from the girl who seemed to be underneath the tree. Though the clone didn't have feelings persay, seeing the girl like that underneath the tree knew consequences upon the owner. With a rather immediate sprint over to her, the boy spoke,"You.. girl... Are you ok?" The clone asked as it squatted down a little, tilting it's head from side to side to access the girl and see if any ailment had plagued her before continuing,"If you are indeed fine. Report to the office of the Mizukage post-haste."The clone said before finally crumbling and dispersing into a muddy dirt mix, as the snakes parted now that their duty to Zin was completed.

Robin wandered through the village, hidden within the darkness of the night as she prowled the streets of Kirigakure. The moonlight was now enshrouded by vast and menacing storm clouds that threatened a downpour at a moment's notice. Robin didn't know exactly what she should do now, since she just realized that she didn't have any scrolls in her person pertaining to the elements that she had put off on learning. Not to mention, the library was simply a compendium of historical knowledge, they didn't contain jutsus within. Not being able to attain the scrolls she needed, Robin simply wandered through the park and ended up at the Graveyard. She took a deep breath as she looked around, headstones dedicating to many loved ones now surrounded her from all sides. There was one grave that she decided to visit, since she was already there. Walking slowly towards it, a slight dread overtook her. It had been a long time since she had visited that grave, and Robin had always been slightly superstitious. She always felt uncomfortable at graveyards, considering them hallow ground. Arriving at the site, Robin placed her hands loosely on her hips. Ironic how she was now standing before the grave that would have been hers...

Robin charged her chakra to her fist as she brought it back. With one fluid motion, Robin launched her fist forward, punching through the grave stone and turning the entire headstone into rubble. Robin remained in that pose for several seconds as she brought her fist back. Vandalizing the grave of the man who made her the way she was, Robin didn't care about the repurcussions. Such a man did not deserve a beautiful marker, nor did he deserve to be remembered. Maybe she let her emotions get the best of her, however she was feeling rather useless at the moment since there was nothing she knew no offensive skills. Walking past the rubble, Robin decided it would be best to go and grab a bite to eat at Nikko's. It had been far too long since she's gotten anything to eat there and she was feeling rather nostalgic. As she began walking out of the graveyard, Robin shook her wrist, removing any dust and gravel that had gotten on it. Adjusting her robe, Robin dissapeared, becoming part of the mist itself.

The Summary
Please play this in the background as you read this post.
or this one.
Please play either of these songs in the back ground.

The misty grave yard always seemed to have a pleasent gleam coming from it, it was probably because there were no trees to hinder the sun back, so the beems of light made a golden glow in mist during the mornings and afternoons. It was mostly around these times that one could always find the Jonin Commander walking up the stone path towards the Shinobi Grave Yard. Every month or so the young children of the village would come by and become care takers by trimming the grass, washing the stones, and placing fresh flowers as the rock monuments dedicated to the long line of shinobi that have defended this nation and died as a servent to its cause. Whatever its cause maybe, LT added to his thoughts as he could recall that Kiri was not always in the right and sometimes swayed to the side of evil. Luckily with Luo's guidence and LT's help, they over threw the evil during the purge that had killed both the previous Mizukage and Kazekage thus naming Zane and Luo kages of both respected villages. Wow how so much has changed since then... and nothing has changed.

Tares finally made it up the stone path to the entrance where he paused for a moment hearing the sounds of thunder in the distance in the darkening sky. It was a long time since any one really entered here in a mass numbered funeral. Granted there were a few fellow shinobi that had passed, but nothing to the amount of attention than when the Gobi attacked. So many people were lost on that day, but that was only a drop in the well compared o the short life time that Tares had served- he had fought along so many that are not here today, it was a tremendous tragedy, but tragedy's like those bring people and communitees together so much more. . . Tares remembered the names of his dearest friends and family of which he knew personally, they served with him and he let them down. "It's been a long time. . . My friends." Each and every one of them died while serving along side Tares. And yet here he remained. He remembered how Luo thought that all of Kiri would hate him for the Gobi attack, but instead the people loved him all the more, and how Yamatano Hatake lost three clan's men including his uncle, and Kaizen Minoru lost his entire family. The freinds both LT and Fordon lost were tremedous, but it was a counter attack lead by LT himself that caused a lot of causlties, but it was to by time for Luo to seal the Gobi. Which would have cost Luo his life if Kaizen didnt save him the last moment. But it was that moment that would seal Kaizen's fate as the five tails host. The sky opened with rain and thunder rolling in from the heavens.

"That was all, years ago. I'm sorry Ezra, Fordon, Saja, Yuka, Yohei, AL, Saka, Rios, Ryusuke Uzumak, Ogoun, Toji the Death Dealer, Magimari, Carlin, Marshall, Fjorde, Alan Shadow, Ajax, Bayonne, Remorse, Reidus, Thurn, Simon Gabriel Arch, Lord Tares the 3rd of Trinity, Mohawker, and many many more....., ... I'm so sorry."

His words trailed off as he flashedback to the real reason he was here, it was even years further before those events of the Gobi attack. Way back then. Back then Tares was a such a young boy, a Genin under the command of a Jonin named Yohei Tanaguchi. Yohei was a good spirited man with plenty of laughs and he always had a piece of grass sticking out of his mouth as if he were some bad a** samurai, but everyone knew that deep down -and even on the surface for that matter Yohei was all smiles and cheery even in the worse situations. He always liked to express himself though painting and tried to make others smile just by looking at one of his doodles. Yohei always carried his painting kit and brush every where he went, even on missions, It was his trademark. . . It was in that squad that LT's memories haunt him forever. Squad 3, consisting of Tares Uchiha, Rios Demascus, and Ezra dela Luna. The love of his life, Ezra was everything he wanted, hoped, and dreamed to have, but he was always too scared to do anything about it. She was always into animals, chasing birds and chipmunks, and feeding the fish or deer. Her heart was always so connected with nature and she had love for all she met. She just had a glow about her that just attracted people to her, maybe that was her bright red hair or her lightly freckled face. Tares never knew. She always loved her animals, it was her trademark. . . Rios was the kid that Tares always wanted to be, he was always cool, silent, tough, always made good grades, always got the chicks, always won the fights, and he was always polite, and he always had a black kakashi like mask covering his face, It was his trademark. . . Worst yet, Tares was Rios's adopted brother. So not only at school was Tares in Rios's shadow, but at home as well. But it wasnt bad at all, Rios always looked out for Tares as if they were a cut from the same blood and Tares never knew why. He never knew why until that day, the day when he lost all three of them. . . He and he alone heard every last word each of his friends spoke, and he would remember them as if they were carved into his own skin, "It's because. . . we are family." were the last holy words his brother would ever speak in this world.

Tares walked through the shrines of countless brothers and sisters in arms that had fallen. Each row that LT slowly walked past gave a deeper tug at his heart and made his foot steps fall harder and harder, as if walking closer to his friends made him weaker with each step. The rain poured heavy as it pounded his body with the echos of thunder roaring overhead. 'Why...' His throat hurt as his body begged to let him cry, his hand subcontiously reaching for the pain in his throat. It was at that point the proud and powerful Jonin Commander could no longer walk, he collasped in agony letting out a terrifying roar of mercy and loneliness. 'So many gone...' He crawled on his hands and knees through the puddles and grass, through the pain and through the time. He knew his illness, they gave a name for it, Survivors Guilt or PTSD, but just by naming something didnt make the pain go away. Inch after inch he made his way closer to the markers of his closest friends. 'I am so so sorry!' One hand in front of the other, inch by inch, his vison blurred by the rain flowing from above, or was it tears. Finally as if by some miricle he found their row, and their station. All the stones looked as if they were all of these past shinobi standing in rank, still ready to go out as a never dying battalion fighting for the future of their people. For the Mist. Tares slumped his back against one stone and he slide off to the side with a loud splash of rain water. He laid there on his side, inbetween the two grave markers of his friends Rios and Ezra as if he had died there along with them. The three bodies laying together in this raining parie of souls. He sobbed and sobbed in the water, but it was in that same rain water that Rios gave him strength, and it was that same water in which Ezra wiped away his tears. The same rain water that Yohei clensed his sins, and Yuka healed his pain. The same water that Saja made him laugh, and AL stand proud. The same water that Saka made him sturdy and Ogoun give him faith. It was in these raining, torential down pouring water that rebuilt this falling apart and lame excuse of a man, into one of the strongest shinobi of his generation. It made him the Jonin Commander of all Mist Shinobi. It made him the ANBU captain of one of the most elite fighting forces in the world. It made him the Lightning Terror, one of the most respected Ninja's in the entire planet. It was these waters, that the mist was made. It recharged him, forged him to drive on and to be a better man. The Jonin slowly sat himself back up and he breathed slowly now, with control he rested himself leaning against Rios with his arm resting on Ezra. In the dark rain he pulled down his mask so his friends could see what kind of man he had become. His silver hair was soaked and his eyes were still brown and soft as always. He had definately gotten more scars since then and some facial hair too, his gotee was just as silver and his head. He was more built than that scrawny kid back then could have ever hoped to be. Out of his pouch LT fished out a bottle of sake, letting his friends have a sip first before he took a swig. The downpour let down a little as LT started to share with his friends what he had done, about how he trained Kai, Yama, and Kan and what his students were like and what he hoped they would grow up to be. How he fought zombies and battled demons. Where he had been and what he had planned to be. He really hoped his friends loved the man he had become. But after several hours of talking with Ezra and Rios, Tares felt it was time he should let them rest. He patted Rios on the shoulder and slipped in Ezra a kiss, before standing to face the both of them. " I'll see you guys soon. For the Future..."

Matsuya wandered his way to the graveyard. In a strange way, he was afraid of coming here. It held so many sad memories that he'd rather forget. But he couldn't. If Matsuya was to take his goal of preserving the history of his world seriously, he could not afford to forget a single memory in his head. He looked up from his feet, confirming his path was the right one. The man sighed quietly as he neared the object he came to see: a small stone on the east edge of the graveyard, near the edge of the cliff the place stood on. He smiled a little, breaking his otherwise somber condition. If someone wandered by, they would think him crazy, for he was talking to himself. "Right on the edge. So you can watch the sun rise in the morning. It always was more beautiful with you there." Matsuya neared the grave and dropped himself directly in front to it.

"I know it's been a while since I came by, but I've been busy. I know you'll understand." Matsuya brushed the silver locks of hair from his slouched face and broke a small, sad smile. "I did it, Asami. The man who took you from me is dead. I killed him. That's all there is to it. The wrong was righted and I watched it happen. I know it won't bring you back to me, I do. But I made my choice and I stand by it. It's been tough without you here, I won't lie. Coming back to Kirigakure to stay was one of the hardest choices I've ever made. But I need to live both of our lives now, not just mine. Yours was taken for you, so I plan on living both of our dreams." Matsuya laughed quietly as his arm moved to the white headband tied around his arm. He moved his fingers lightly across the forehead protector, taking note of the grooves on the Kirigakure insignia on it. "Recognize this? It's the one they gave me with the letter. The one you died in. I always wondered, how it stayed so white no matter how much trouble we got in as kids, not to mention the trouble I'm sure you got into after I left. But you always kept it a secret. Always..." Matsuya's shoulder's shook as a sob broke his voice. He lowered his head again, letting his hair cover his face. Even if there was no one around, he was too proud to be seen crying.

Matsuya raised his free hand and wiped the tears from his eyes with the back of his hand. "Sorry. I wanted to stay composed and have a nice talk with you. But it's just....I never got to say goodbye. I never was able to see you as an adult. Just the picture from your file." Matsuya raised his tear stained face, a sad smile shaking on his lips. "But you were beautiful Asami. More beautiful than I could ever have imagined. I just wish I could have had one time to tell you that before you died. I wish I would have come back for you, asked for your hand, and whisked you out of this whole wretched shinobi life of ours." Matsuya slowly moved closer to the grave. He sat with his legs stretched in front of him, leaning against the grave. He let out another quiet, stifled sob, looking up at the moon that had risen into the sky.

"I guess the real reason I came here was to say, simply, that I'm sorry. I'm sorry for running out on you when we were kids. I'm sorry for never coming to visit. I'm sorry for not being there in the end. I'm sorry for running off without thinking. I'm sorry for not coming here sooner." Matsuya's shoulders started shaking harder than they had been. He sat there for a little while, simply crying to himself and looking at the moon. This had been the reason he'd put off visiting for so long. He didn't want to have to let all of his guilt and sorrow out, because doing so meant accepting that the one person he truly loved was gone forever. After the tremors of emotion had subsided, Matsuya finally broke the silence he'd created. "If it's okay with you, I think I'd like to stay here for the night. I just want to be close to you, if only for a little while." Matsuya lowered his head to his chest. He'd made up his mind. He was going to fulfill both Asami's and his dream. He was going to purge the world the evil it contained and he was going to keep detailed records of the entire ordeal. Then, and only then, would he be able to face Asami in the afterlife. A short time later, Matsuya slipped into a blissful sleep, filled with dreams of Asami as he remembered her: the sweet, innocent girl who'd braided a single bead into his hair.
PostPosted: Fri Mar 22, 2013 7:50 pm

As the sun rose behind him, Matsuya's eyes began to flutter behind their lids. He slowly opened them, squinting to adjust to the early morning light. He shifted a little, more to confirm that he was still alive in this home of the dead than anything else. Matsuya blinked a few times and then, remembering exactly where he sat, looked behind him at the rising sun. He smiled softly, but the sadness in his eyes was visible. "Morning, Asami." He stood up and stretched a little before sitting back down on the opposite side of the grave marker, facing into the sunlight. "Thanks for letting me stay here. I know it's strange, but I haven't slept that well in quite a while. Maybe you were watching over me?" Matsuya laughed. For the first time in a few days, Matsuya's laugh actually sounded genuine. Anyone with even the simplest skill of reading expressions could see his happiness was the real thing. His eyes closed when he laughed and his smile was wide across his face when he stopped.

"Is it because I confessed last night? After all these years I finally told you how much I care about you! Quite the leap, I think." Matsuya opened his mouth wide and let out a yawn that sounded like he'd suppressed it for years. "Anyway, I should probably leave pretty soon. I didn't tell you, but Luo's allowed me to own a little shop to sell scrolls out of. It's nothing big, just something to make a living with. But I'm starting another business, something to make insure that I can face you happily when I come over to where you are. Something that will, I hope, atone for my past sins." Matsuya smiled warmly and leaned back against the grave. He closed his eyes and let the warm morning sun wash over his skin. "But this is my solemn oath to you, love: no matter where this world takes me, no matter who I meet, I will do everything it takes to make your dream come true. One day, this world will be a peaceful, bright place. Until that day, I won't take your headband off my arm." Matsuya's hand went to the white material tied to his right arm. He ran his fingers over the pure, smooth material and smiled.

He rose slowly and yawned again. He turned around and placed a hand on the tombstone. "I've got to go now. I have some shopping to do for my new apartment. When that's done I might come back, but with a big bushel of flowers!" Matsuya smiled wide and starting walking back towards the entrance of the graveyard, his hand lingering on the tombstone until he finally ran out of fingertip . With a new bounce in his step and a smile plastered on his face, Matsuya made his way towards the market.
