Tibu was so excited! Her mother told her that they had a new home, and this sandy place was it. She wanted to run around and see everything that she could! But of course her mother wanted to 'settle in' and 'relax a bit' before they started to wander around and meet some of the pride. But Tibu was excited, she wanted to get out and see her new world! And of course make friends! It took her a lot of begging and convincing but her mother told her she could go out for a bit!
She giggled slightly as she pranced toward the oasis her tail flicking around a bit as she did. She couldn't contain her excitement as she trotted along, occasionally stopping to look at something that caught her eye or poke something to see what it did. But she was soon coming upon the oasis, it was a good thing too! She was starting to get thirsty. She trotted over to the water and stuck her front paws in it, enjoying the coolness on her little feet. She wiggled her toes around before getting a good idea. She bounced into the water splashing around a little bit as she did. Her laughter filled the air until something caught her attention Another cub about the same age as her. "Hello there!" She called out with a giggle, as she moved into a more shallow part of the water.
