Welcome one and all to Solace Scent's 3 Year Anniversary Event! The Event will take place November 28th @ 10 AM EST, through December 22th, 11:59 PM EST. During that time we will have an ongoing RP thread, a host of fun little games and events for Scents, Owners and Non-Owners to play, prizes to be won and 3 separate opportunities to grab yourself an awesome Scent Child!

I started Solace Scents back in late 2006 with an interesting idea, and an ounce full of momentum. I never expected to get this place off the ground. Never expected for it to actually run and stay running as my previous attempts at Shop Ownership fell flat. I was elated and surprised at the response this Shop has gotten over the years, and the wonderful people it has attracted.
Amryx; Thank you so much for all the help you gave me over the years. Everyone loves Adrian, and you too. You helped me behind the scenes with judging, setting up events, conducting purchase RPs and I thank you greatly for it. You helped me keep this place running when I was all over the place.
Hikaru Chou; My helper monkey and friend. Thank you for helping me randomly when I asked. You could have said no and did something more productive like have Tango beat Anastasia but you helped me out and I'm grateful <3.
Kitten & Naien; I made the right choice for my Managers and you guys have been nothing but helpful <3.
The Owners, my friends; You all are great. Your patience with me is astounding and each and every time one of you finally gets your Scent child or reacts to their growth as teenagers it makes me smile and gives me the extra push to go on. I do my best for you guys, and try to improve constantly to see the amazement in your words. It makes me happy knowing how much you like your Scents, and how you guys have contributed to this shop in one way or another.
Non-Owners; You've been a big part of this as well. You bring fresh meat into the thread as well as new and interesting characters. I'm glad you all come here in hopes of getting one of our Scents, and we welcome and appreciate your contributions.
Solace Scents has always been much of a clean slate, very unfinished and unrefined, and I meant it to be that way. I wanted a shop where owners and non-owners could help mold what we have together. And you certainly have. From Midway Island to The Avendine through Cyrus Square to the Gilded Lily. It's all yours.
