This is a facility that believes that felines are more intelligent than most humans can truly see. To prove this, we are gathering numerous strays from the streets to administer some tests to, trying to prove that our suspicions are correct.

People have reported weird happenings with the stray cats around these parts. Anything from musical talent to extreme intelligence when it came to escaping or gathering food. It's also often seen that kittens are gathered back by adult cats, which shows a superior intelligence to other creatures around these parts.

The testing facility is dedicated to our work and we plan on harnessing this intelligence in the cats to use it for things beneficial to humans. One day cats might be walking and talking like humans.

- All FCK rules apply.
- All Gaia TOS applies.
- You have to ask permission to join RPs in this forum.
- If you are rolled in, you cannot withdraw your cat/kitten(s) from the facility. This makes it difficult for Spica if she's started drawing your cats.
- Stay dedicated to the plot, if you want to pull out, discuss it with us first.
- Stay dedicated to the effects that the testing has on your cats, whether it be positive or negative.
- Check back for updates often.
- Dont whine, cry, etc.
- I reserve the right to add more rules as needed.

Tests and experiments are in the works currently. Because we're not sure how to bring out their full intelligence we must learn along with them.

The cats will be exposed to numerous tests--vision, hearing, vocal and mobility. If they pass these tests they move onto level two in our testing.

Any cats who dont pass level one will be used to test further level one experiments, such as injections and basic intelligence testing. No cat will be released to the public until we know they are human friendly and are able to adapt to a home-living lifestyle.

All cats are feral and not taken from homes. None of these cats are pets in any way, shape or form.

Level one:
Basic tests on sight, hearing, vocalization, mobility and intelligence. If they pass these tests they move to level two.

If they fail this level they will be housed in a separate area of the facility to live out their lives.

There is a 25% chance of death at this level.

Level two:
Higher testing of intelligence and comprehension. They are also tested more heavily in their basic senses and how they react to certain injections.

If they fail this level they will be euthanized, it is believed they are too dangerous after the injections for them to stay with level one cats.

There is a 50% chance of death at this level.

Level three:
Not much is known about this level, as one cat has only ever reached this level so far.

Their heightened abilities and intelligence is beginning to show, which means that it makes it easier for them to communicate with humans and the possibility of the felines actually speaking to humans has increased even more.

When more information is found about this level it will be released.

There is a 70% chance of death at this level. Mainly due to cats realizing what they are being used for and it is cause of suicide/escape.

Roleplay in the Facility is a little different from the normal FCK roleplay.

First of all, this is not going to be used as a turn-taking basis. There will be some RPs when it's turn-based but it's harder to do with larger plots. If there are more than 4 or 5 cats then turns dont exist--just make sure not to post like 3 pages and leave someone behind.

Remember to always acknowledge that someone is still there, even if your cat walks away from them. Dont leave anyone behind when it comes to certain things.

I understand that this might not be fair, but we need to get roleplays moving and waiting days on end is ridiculous when there is a plot involved. Remember what you need to be doing and remember to post in the RP as often as possible.

If you get left behind you can always contact the owner of the thread and ask them to fill you in so you can catch up on what's going on.
