What are some new things my girlfriend and I can try. We aren't ready for intercourse yet because even with a condom there is a chance of her getting pregnant and we don't want that. We have played with each other. I have fingered her and gave her oral, as she has done the same for me. What some new things we could try?
Also is it possible for a girl not to be sensitive around her clitoris? It is the topper portion of the outer v****a is it not? I have played around this whole area but it seems as though she finds more pleasure when I put my fingers in her rather than rubbing the outside of her v****a.

Aside from intercourse, it sounds like you're pretty much doing everything. You can't expect to discover a new activity every time. xp But you can spice up what you already do with role playing, a**l stimulation, toys, experimenting with different techniques, etc.
When you two are ready for intercourse, she can visit an ob-gyn to get hormonal birth control to use in addition to condoms. That won't eliminate the risk of pregnancy either, but it'll make it very low as long as you two use both forms of birth control exactly as directed.
Yes, women do vary in terms of how sensitive they are and where they like to be touched. Most women like clitoral stimulation, but others prefer vaginal or a**l. If you're not sure if you're stimulating her clitoris, ask her. She'll be able to tell you if you're not quite hitting it, if you're just not stimulating it in the way she likes, or if she's just not that into clitoral stimulation. If she isn't, that's ok.

Just wanted to add that the clitoris isn't on the outside area of the v****a. It's between her outer labia, and is sometimes enclosed in a clitoral hood. It is at the upper area of the v****a, though. Even if you are not directly touching it, it still feels good to rub the general area (for some women).
