Kitalpha looked out of her castle. The normal world had fallen asleep and had come to her world. Some, she knew, would try to return to their own world, which she accepted, while others would stay, their real world bodies wasting away to nothing. This was where they came in sleep, and they neighbored the kingdom of the dead, where the dead were.
Arianna flew though the kingdom, invisible to all. She needed to report to her queen oabout her scouting trip.
