Enri was so named not because he was a child born and lost at his entrance to life, but he was a sacrificial lamb for a lost religion. He was slaughtered like a lowly goat...not who HE though HE was. His father was the "Great Ram", or so his mother said. Like every other sad, bastardized child, he went on with life KNOWING that his father was some great hero Ram, or a GOD Ram. His mother never told him the truth though. His father was sacrificed to a more powerful leader for a better harvest. She knew that her young son would be next. Killed so young, he never understood how things REALLY worked so he's stuck here. He found Fallen Mermaid and Claimed her to be HIS helper until he's done with this life.
