Well if you still enjoy playing horde i don't see any reason to switch. but since you got friends on both sides i would proabably just stay with horde seeing that all your chars are horde

It really just depends on what server you play on. For me, switching to Alliance would probably result in better BG queues and winning WG more often ... Ever since faction changing, Horde have been terrible at keeping WG. But on the flipside, Alliance on Arygos are rude and take any chance they can at killing Horde.
On Sen'jin the Horde and Alliance players were friends, and the top guilds on both sides when I was there used to play DotA together. :/

It depends on your server. Some servers have all the prepubescent nubtards playing Alliance, some have them on Horde.
I say....play the opposite.

Well I play both, Basically my Horde toons I use for PvP, Better factional racial for PvP.
and I Raid on my Alliance toons. The same thing just different racial that suit PvE.
