Immah putting on my rageface, I cannot stay quiet about how much rage and confusion enters my mind when I see awful things become... fashionable? Trendy? I don't know what it is anymore, lets just call it sheeple product. : D
-These days, it's rainbows and zebruhs. I'd wear a shirt that said "I LOVE MILEY CYRUS AND BUBBLE GUM POP" before I'd even consider wearing one of these, I'd also wear a trashy Hollister shirt and wear a shirt that implied I was a pro-life lesbian which would probably be my trashy Hollister shirt to a large church event before I'd consider wearing something as awful as a rainbow zebra.
Now that I've expressed my petty distaste for today's clothing, don't start thinking "my word, she really hates rainbows and zebras." I don't hate rainbows, and maybe I do hate zebras a little ever since that movie Madagascar got a cartoon and sequel. But on the whole, I just hate them when put together. Kinda like yellow and black markers because the black screws up the yellow unless you've got some blendy pens. If you do, I'm totally envious. Do they really go all the way back to yellow though or is that just a lie to get parents to buy their kid some blendy pens?
It gnaws away at me as I walk through the mall, flick through magazines, see a JC Penny's commercial... WHAT DOES IT MEAN AND WHAT'S CAUSING THIS CANCER? Is there a band that's coined this odd graphics trend? A Disney show? I'm not even sure if this belongs here anymore, it started out really hateful and now it's just a quirky ramble about blendy pens and tee shirts. redface I fail at rants.

Zebra stripes have to be worn carefully. But I never would have guessed a rant about shirts would mention blendy pens.

non-king 3mo Zebra stripes have to be worn carefully. But I never would have guessed a rant about shirts would mention blendy pens. I'm not talking about zebra print in general, I'm talking about these and all other variations that scream "I hope someone kicks my balls today for wearin' this fugly shirt lololol." Only I can successfully rant about shirts while wondering if blendy pens can really go yellow to black and always come back. wink

[Looks up] Makes me want some bubblegum band-aids. I wonder if they're still being made.

If it makes you feel any better, they had those in the 80s. ... actualy, some of the exact same shirts to the best of my memory. It's just part of the 80s revival. crying Ilike it, though they could have stayed dead.
